"If none will get them to open, then I will jusst go around."  Asutali says with a bit of impatience to her voice. She nudges her stone, and invisible, horse from the road and has it start to circle around to the opposite side of the town.  She would then continue a bit further down the road before finding a suitable place to camp for the night.

Chilton will take a leisurely walk on the road so as not to get too far ahead of the others.

Chilton is going to go look for a graveyard and search for a lone mourner.

he doesn't find anyone, and there are no watchmen or bystanders.

Chilton will deface a grave, scratching with a crossbow bolt: “the end is nigh.”

Then he’s going to go find his way through town to the gate at the other end of town, closer to his goal.

You successfully reach the other side of town.

Asutali continues riding her stone horse around the outside of the town.

Can I get out the gate?

I don't know why you'd want to, It's nighttime, theres all kinds of highwaymen roaming the streets outta town, and you need rest, but yes, but not without suspicion,

I guess I’m not really sure what to do besides “head that-a-way.”

Are there some guards to dispatch so I can let the others in or something?

You are on the opposite side of town from them, if you do a stealth check and sneak past the guards, you can open the gates for them.

After re-crossing the town, you arive at the gate you originally entered through. Sneaking past the guards, you open the gate, and slip out the gatehouse before the guards see you. It is now well after midnight.

Can Brick look around for a jailhouse?

Yes, but you're still outside of town, It's been several hours and the gates have mysteriously opened (side note: it's about 1 AM right now game time.)
