"time to feed you..." Asutali murmurs softly to her whip as she pulls it out. she will move so her horse is within 10 feet of the three, then lash one of the three travelers with her whip, then have the stone horse use its slow affect. I suppose we should do initiative as well... As she attacks she becomes visible, but I assume the attacks are with advantage, as she was unseen until she struck.
Initiative: 1
Lash of shadows attack: 13 / 7
Damage: 10
If it hits she will have it use the below poison. DC to resist is 15.
Serpent Venom. A creature that fails the saving throw against this poison takes 11 poison damage, or half as much damage on a successful save.
Slow (Recharge 5–6). The golem targets one or more creatures it can see within 10 feet of it. Each target must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw against this magic. On a failed save, a target can't use reactions, its speed is halved, and it can't make more than one attack on its turn. In addition, the target can take either an action or a bonus action on its turn, not both. These effects last for 1 minute. A target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
The 3rd one is killed. DragonDenn gets 50XP, and Legion4 gets 25XP, There are 30gp belonging to the people, divide it up among yourselves, 3 sets of traveler's clothes, and 3 nonmagical shortswords, 3 days rations and 2 waterskins

Asutali takes 20 gold, two short swords, and one of the water skins. She then remounts her stone horse, activates the ring of invisibility on it, and starts down the road once more. The whip at her belt can almost be heard purring as they head on down the road.
The rest of the day is uneventful, you consume 1 ration, and sleep. On the next day you are awoken by thunder and lightning, and the road is slightly washed out, you will have to find a detour.

Asutali consider back, trying to recall if there were any other paths or roads they passed up to now. Passive perception is 13. She would not have been actively looking for those things so passive should be what applies.
She scans the area directly around them, trying to see if there is another way forward. Active perception for this: 16
A mile back, there was a small trail, you don't know where it goes, or you can continue on foot through the washed out trail, but there may be quicksand, and any animals may get lost or stuck.

She will simply have watched it.
