One other note: Everyone has one point of inspiration from the discovery of the mine, laying the fallen dwarves to rest, and/or the windfall of gold waiting to be refined and carried away. You all have it, Inspiration.
Praying to Lady Luck, Evan tries to resist the ghosts!
Athletics: 14
Athletics: 13
Evan has magically warded himself and also physically digs in, resisting the stone bodies crashing against his armor with intent to clearly shove towards the fountain or batter him into submission. Player turn is now, for round one. Take your actions as you wish, I will handle Okkar and Nanoc for now.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Evan Round 1:
Battered by the StoneGhosts, Evan is protected by the power of the Goddess! He calls on her power once more, summoning a Spiritual Hammer and sending it straight at the mysterious fountain! He then calls down holy fire on the same fountain, trying to cleanse the chapel of its unholy symbol! He then moves as he can to give the others access to attack as well.
Spiritual Weapon: Attack: 9 Damage: 6 Force
Sacred Flame: DC 13 Dexterity or 6 Radiant

SG1 Dex Save: 16
It takes 12 radiant due to vulnerability, bringing its damage total to 13.
The flame washes over the fountain as well as the stone ghost nearby who leaps to protect it. Where the golden water touches the stone ghosts skin you see it further harden and calcify.
OOC: The module did not provide mechanics for damaging the fountain so I am having it effect the Stone Ghost as well. It seems logical that radiant damage would be anathema to this literal font of corruption, however.
(( @DM: Just checking, you did say the optional flanking rules are not being used? ))
Correct, flank can provide sneak attack for people with rogue levels, benefit wolf totem barbarians, defender fighters, etc, but it does not provide advantage. Also a bit too easy to obtain with how 5e handles OAs vs 3rd ed or 4th ed, where you can run in a circle around a character without consequence, and it’s only when you leave that they get the poke at you.
OOC: Evan is actually targeting the fountain, trying to destroy the unholy symbol and weKen the undead.
Right, and that does make sense. I’m just having it also hit a stone ghost - the action makes too much sense not to reward but the module didn’t account for it, perhaps a poor writing oversight. Not going to penalize the players for that, though.
(( Some kind of mud map would be helpful, so we can make sure we are not all attacking different ones and/or make sure noone gets surrounded completely... ))

OOC: Got it. Makes sense. Evan doesn’t want to be near that fountain, so he moves a bit to be not such an easy shoving target towards the fountain.

That’s completely reasonable. This room is 6 Horizontal, 8 Vertical. The fountain stretches across X3-4 at Y5. Evan was standing at X2 Y5. Stone ghost 1 appeared behind him at X1 Y5, and SG2 at X1 Y4. SG1 moved to X3 Y5 to protect the fountain. SG3 is at X2 Y6, and SG4 is at X2 Y4.

Okkar swings his axe at SG1.

10
Nanoc enters rage and stands alongside Okkar, swinging at SG1 with his enchanted scimitar.

Has it connected it would have been a mighty blow, but the Stone Ghost sinks back into the floor briefly to evade, then returns.
Okkar deals 1 point of damage after resistance.

Galtheon Round 1
Ideally he would choose a SG that is already wounded...and I am assuming no Advantage for any reason.
Bonus Action: Transfer Hunter's Mark to his target (so he only attacks once this round)
Attack: Attack: 22 Damage: 11 (Slash)
If that hits, and the target was already damaged, then add: 2

The entrance you came through was at X1 Y1 and X1 Y2, 2 squares of entry from the hall.
The other exit is at X1 Y6, that has not been explored yet.
Round 1:
Advancing alongside Evan (where SG1 was I guess?), Ilecerys shouts sharply and strikes at SG2.
+1 Club Attack: 12 Damage: 7
Flurry of Blows 1: 6 Damage: 6
Flurry of Blows 2: 10 Damage: 6
DC 12 Str save on FOB hits or pushed 15 feet away from the fountain
The third attack hits for 2 after resistance.
Save:
16
It is pushed away, giving everyone more access to the room as well, and less clustered on Evan.
Here's a possible map...
Will work on a better solution!
Assuming O, N, I and G attacking 2.
