Evan recalls the Harpy ability to sing a Luring Song that can compel the mind's of men and women who hear it. It is reportedly quite loud, you may have encountered a Harpy before firsthand, and carries across a great distance. The Harpy could be planning to lure weak-willed members of your group out from the cover of the overhang, so the other Harpies could prey on them. The darkness, and lack of Harpy darkvision, makes that seem difficult to believe, however, and this harpy carries no light source.
You realize that although the magical compulsion of a Harpy's voice only has an effect on sentient minds, it is also a very loud sound. It might compel members of your group, forcing them to approach the Harpy if they fall under its luring charm, but it would also awaken and attract any local wildlife that hears it, including the predator in the cave.
Evan 14 - Cast Bless Nanoc 14- Waiting on Player Input
Harpy Scout 13 - Action - Luring Song (300 ft area of effect), Move - 40 feet fly towards the Overhang, now 160 feet away from the group and 60 feet from the entrance to the Owlbear Cave
OOC: Although we are waiting on Taraven and Nanoc, unless either of them takes an action that impedes the Harpy's ability to take it's action (which if so, we can ret con if absolutely needed), I will announce the Harpy action at this time. The harpy was 200 feet away, in darkness, when it took its turn.
The Harpy sings its magical melody, using Luring Song, and its voice echoes through the canyon walls. Birds rustle and fly from their perches, distant shapes of animals are suddenly visible as they flee the noise. There is also a loud roar in response, as something has awakened in the cave your group passed, 100 feet back.
OOC: On initiative 13 all characters must have a DC 11 Wisdom Saving Throw against a Charm Effect. The characters acting before that initiative will still have had their actions as normal. The now awakened Owlbears will not enter until the 2nd round of combat, but I have noted their initiative scores above.
If you are not immune to Charm effects and you fail your saving throw vs the Luring Song, on your action you are considered incapacitated and will be forced to Move + Dash your speed towards the Harpy. If you encounter any dangerous terrain on the way you will get another opportunity at the saving throw, and you get another save vs the effect at the end of each turn. If you succeed, you are immune to this Harpy's luring song for the next 24 hours. This harpy.
For Galtheon, Ilicerys, and Nanoc, be sure to add the +1d4 to the Saving Throw from Evan's Bless Spell.
Intuiting the Harpy’s intent, Evan says, “Beware the Harpy’s song—it may try to lure us out and set us against the creature in that cave we passed. Plug your ears if you can.”
OOC: Evan has a defense against this (the Silence spell), but has already used his turn, so he will just warn the others this round.
Evan’s Wisdom Save: 10

OOC: Unfortunately, no. Just a poor roll, unless you say Evan realized the danger in time to maybe use his move action/bonus action to try and cover his ears after he warns the others and that gives him a bonus.

OOC: Also, the timing was odd - Evan did intuit what the Harpy's tactics might be, here. If you wish to say you cast silence instead, you may change your action if you want to. Of cast on the group this will protect you all from the luring effect, but it will also prevent spelllcasting with verbal components or further verbal exchanges. The Harpy will still be able to awaken the Owlbears, but no one in the group would be lured out from the overhang.
OOC: Let’s say that, even knowing what the Harpy might do, he uses Bless for save bonuses for the others but not silence right now since he wants to be able to continue casting spells. Evan is arrogant enough to think he will resist the charm, especially if he covers his ears.

Alright. I noted the effect does not break Concentration so your spell would continue to benefit the others. When initiative 14 comes around again Evan will move and dash towards the Harpy, and then he will get another DC 11 Wisdom save at the end of that turn, unless another player has an ability to break enchantments.
Galtheon would likely have moved near the front. Is there any chance he could make an opportunity attack to grapple Evan?
Galtheon shrugs off the charm effect of the song, his elven nature giving him an edge against such things.
OOC: On opportunity attacks, I rule them fairly literally as "one melee attack." You could punch him, but the Grab action would not be suitable for an OA, unfortunately.
OOC: As a monk, could I use Dex to grapple Judo-style rather than the usual Strength attack?
OOC: Ilecerys the Monk will have another action before Evan's move. Grab is usually Athletics to grab, contested by the better of the defender's Athletics or Acrobatics. Some Monk abilities may trip, stun, immobilize, etc, but those function with their own mechanics, different from the Grab/Push options available to any character.

Kerina resists the luring song, and will be immune to the song of this particular Harpy for 24 hours. She will act normally on her initiative.
Save versus Luring Song: 19
Ilecerys similarly shrugs off the mental compulsion of the song. His readied action remains.

Galtheon would likely have moved near the front. Is there any chance he could make an opportunity attack to grapple Evan?
No, advantage only applies to d20 rolls, but add the d4 to the higher of the rolls, if your character receives advantage on such saves.
Galtheon shrugs off the charm effect of the song, his elven nature giving him an edge against such things.
OOC: On opportunity attacks, I rule them fairly literally as "one melee attack." You could punch him, but the Grab action would not be suitable for an OA, unfortunately.
