[Nice about the second save, but I'm still unclear about the distances. If Nanoc moves to where Evan is and gives the opportunity for a second save, will he still have movement to get back near the horses? I'm thinking the Owlbears will find them particularly attractive what with them not being near the fire.]
The overhang area you all were in is cramped, I believe I noted it as 30 ft by 20 ft for medium sized characters. Nanoc would be able to split his movement to cover the ground to say scream in the clerics face and then return to defend the horses from the Owlbear.

Ilecerys rushes over to the barely restrained cleric and attempts to add some muscle. "Don't let this one go. This steel won't save him from the things cackling outside for long!"

Evan:
Being shaken out of his charm before his turn, Evan says, "Thanks, I'm good," with some level of embarrassment, then he takes a shot at the offending harpy with his longest-range spell -- Guiding Bolt (120 foot range)

Nanoc charges across to where Galtheon is holding Evan jostles him severely and shouts in his face, "Get yourself together man, we need you!"
Then, successful or not, he will run back to place himself in front of the horses, hopefully snatching up a burning brand from the fire as he passes it.
Bonus Action: Either grab the torch or calm the horses; Animal Handling check, if required: 20
[OOC: Can't believe my luck with the rolls. Normally they suck.]
If there is nothing sneak attack-able from cover, I would like to shoot the nearest owlbear with my shortbow.
Attack: 15 Damage: 9
To confirm, did anyone who made the DC 15 nature have an opportunity to provide in-character warning prior to Kerina’s action, noting that if an Owlbear is wounded it will not be possible to use Handle Animal on the Owlbear’s mate, the second one, if the mate is wounded.

(( lilscappen may change her target upon seeing the guiding bolt ... ))
True - up to you, but your rogue would add sneak attack again the harpy due to the advantage from the guiding bolt and your roll would have been a hit - your call.

Nanoc successfully snaps the cleric out of his fugue, calmed the horses, and has a torch in hand. His movements are economical and effective in this case.
OOC: I would like to give the Rogue an opportunity to confirm her target given the guiding bolt. The harpy vs the Owlbear will make a significant difference.
OOC: On Galtheon’s earlier question regarding the harpies outside of the overhang, above, you could likely move out, Fire, and move back, but based on the mountain lion corpse these harpies do appear to employ spears. It stands to reason to your character they may have readied actions to throw spears at the first of your party that exits cover. Something to weigh.

Actually based on the phrasing of this action the harpy was “sneak attack-able,” so it would have been the target. 30 damage to the Harpy plus additional sneak attack damage of: 3
(( Galtheons actions will depend upon the position of the harpies and Owlbears at the start of his turn ))
The two Owlbears are 80 feet from the encampment and the harpy scout has fallen dead at their feet. The other harpies are somewhere above and out of sight, but their laughter has ended.

(( Is there any cover that would gives him any chance of sneaking out unseen, and seeing the harpies above the overhang, if they were in sight range? [[ I think we don't know how high they are because noone has gone out ]] ))
[[ Actually, the owlbears are 80' away, scaring them wont work without going nearer is my call, so he will try to spot the harpies. If he can sneak he does, and if he sees harpies, he shoots, then comes back to cover ]]

If Nanoc used an action to grant an additional save you may have your normal action ready.

The Harpy was now taken 21 damage from the magic missile and now this guiding bolt. It appears badly wounded.
(( lilscappen may change her target upon seeing the guiding bolt ... ))
Following Evans action, as noted before, the Harpy closes and the 1st Owlbear follows to the position 80 ft from your campsite.

Okkar also fires his light crossbow on the harpy scout and finishes it off (with minimum damage it falls).

Owlbear 2 also moves and dashes, adjacent to Owlbear 1 80 ft from the overhang, with 5 feet of space between the two owlbears.
It is Galtheon’s then. With the song ended the DC for Handle Animal on an Owlbear has gone down, should be choose to do so.
