[OOC: DM, I just remembered about the burning brand Nanoc supposedly picked up from the fire a couple of rounds ago. The last two attacks he did I was assuming he had his scimitar in hand, but maybe he didn't, as that would have involved putting the scimitar away at some point, dropping the brand and redrawing the scimitar. I suspect we need to assume that he doesn't have the brand; it hasn't been used yet anyway.
And on another matter, have we permanently lost the elf rogue character, or is it just for this encounter? If permanently, do we: remove the character from history and pretend they were never there; or do we assume she left the party amicably before this encounter occurred, which might mean Okkar got the chance to get some of his coin back; or do we role play, when it becomes possible, that they have mysteriously disappeared (without their horse because Nanoc would have definitely noticed that).]

You could have easily dropped the torch to take up the scimitar, no need to ret con for that, but yes, it would also be an easy matter to grab another flaming brand, given the fire's proximity.
The Owlbear turn - the one close to Okkar and the Ranger attacks Opheleon, once with beak, once with a claw, for a 19 to hit and a 20 (not natural) to hit. Two hits.
The Owlbear near Nanoc attacks for a 26 and an 11, one hit one miss.
Note that as they have not been attacked they could still be cowed and driven off but that will be up to the party.
I do not believe anyone used handle animal on the horses. They strain against their ropes attempting to flee but fail this round to break them.
The wounded Harpy nearby does a withdraw action and flies 10 feet away from the overhang and 20 feet up.
The critical 2 HP Harpy flies down, throws a spear at Evan, with an 18 to hit, a miss I believe, then flies back up, ending still 20 feet off the ground.

Permanently left - no need to rest con their presence, in game the character felt over her head, used stealth successfully to flee the battle and fled on foot to return to civilization.
(( I did try animal handling last round; result was 6, so likely failed, but hoped the silence might help ))
The ranger falls silently to the ground, caught by surprise by the Owlbear.
Death save in first round? If so: 7 (Bless still running I hope!) - Just realized it's not because of Silence...fail, either way.
You may or may not need to roll the death save, a Pc could stabilize you before your “turns” but we will keep the roll for 1 failure if no one stabilizes or heals him.
[Situation update please. Does Nanoc still have the harpy to deal with as well as the Owlbear? And if not, would Nanoc have got an Attack of Opportunity on it when it left his zone of control?]

Only one harpy left, and it did so with the withdraw action and did not attack.

I rolled all monster attacks in one block above and then added their modifiers.
The player turn is up, silence is still going. Sorry about the nasty hits to the Ranger!
Brushing aside the harpy's blow, Ilecerys strikes back with a rapid series of attacks, trying to knock the harpy to the ground.
Quarterstaff Attack: 11 Damage: 9
Flurry of Blows 1: 19 Damage: 5
Flurry of Blows 2: 19 Damage: 7

With the silence the DC drops to 10, and advantage remains.
Save the ki mount - your attacks slay the wounded harpy.
(( Retrospective extra Animal Handling roll for Advantage: 16 ))
Galtheon would have cursed (silently) that they cant hear his usual soothing Elvish words.
