"Your twin!" She'd answer honestly. "Oh! Or the lady you spent the night with." Nova would put up her finger remembering his mutterings last night while he slept. "Would they like some bacon too?!"
At that moment Toblen returns with a platter with three identical plates and two additional plates with 6 strips of bacon each.
“Feel free to take any open seat and I can set these down for you. Trust me, it’s much better fresh and warm now ... than cold later.” He follows you three to a table and sets the identical plates down in front of you.
Inspecting the plate you see scrambled eggs with onions and cheese, a decent sized mound of homemade hasbrowns (shaped like cubes, not shredded), a small tea saucer full of grits and covered with cheese and lastly ... more bacon. Nearly as soon as the plates hit the table you begin salivating as the smell of the bacon grows even stronger and you notice now there’s a hint of ... applewood to the bacon.
“Something particular I can get you all to drink?”
Cadence picks at the hashbrowns and bacon, leaving the eggs and onion. "Teas please."
She glances around the room looking for any of the ruffians. "So, which way do we go, to rescue Velda, Gert, you know? If not I suppose we wander, to and fro and over yonder." She shrugs, "They'll find us in the case, and then we can ask them which way to their base!"
Goddess of Luck and Fortune.. Nova would stare blankly at Fionn as she'd muse over the thought of a goddess to talk too and to keep you company. "Is that the shrine thingy you and the others paid respect too in the square dedicated to her? Is that how you get lucky all the time?" She'd blurt her questions as fast as her mind fired them out. "Does that make you a lucky charm?" She caught herself leaning in to get a closer look at Fionn. He must be lucky and fortunate to never be alone.
But then the food came. Nova's attention would snap away. Her eyes would dart between the table and the plates of food. It was at that point she was hit with a sudden sense of urgency. Should they really be taking their time? But it looked so good... The druids stomach would growl and protest profusely. A whine would escape her lips before she'd let out an exasperated sigh. She'd dart to a table and pat her 'spot' insistently trying to be as politely patient as possible for Toblen to place down her plate. Before the plate would even touch the table, Nova would be shoveling hashbrowns, eggs and every best cheesy bite she could fit into her mouth. "Amagerrfffp sooo geerrd." She'd compliment with full cheeks, almost regretting her rush. The druid would grab up all of her bacon in one hand. "But I'mppff so sorpry... I feeels like... must go... amageerddd.. I kerm back 'gains laterrzz wif missing frands!" She'd have to force herself to put the fork down, but that would free up her other hand to snatch up two extra pieces of bacon from Fionn's plate, sticking one to hang from her mouth as she chewed on it. "Tannnnk yewwwwwww!!" Nova would run to the door. "An' Bowwis can helpf!" She'd respond back to Cadence and Fionn before rushing out the door so fast she'd skid as she'd decide what direction she was going once she was out.
Almost tripping over her own feet, Nova would make her way over to the shrine. She'd stop abruptly to address it respectfully with a bow. "Muh laday." And she'd gently place down Fionn's bacon. "I giftss luckiest bacons!" She'd try her best to enunciate her words clearly as she worked on swallowing her food. "We knowss I needs all da lucks to keep 'em all savfes..." The druid would smile softly with the piece of bacon still hanging from her lip. She'd bow her head quickly before turning on her heel and darting off. Hopefully I did it right! Everyone loves bacon, right? Maybe she'll put in a good word to Fionn. Or is it supposed to be the other way around?
Nova would whistle for Borris, holding a slice of bacon at the ready to bribe him to help her sniff out Velda and then Gert. They deserved some good breakfast too...
Cadence dabs her lips with a handkerchief and then stand up, nodding to the Toblen, then, looking around, would head out of the Inn to see where Borris would lead them.

Cadence, before you leave Toblen calls out “Don’t forget this miss” holding your dagger out for you to take. (He of course brought tea for everyone but I didn’t have a chance to post that before Nova rushed out.)
Borris comes bounding up to Nova a few minutes after she whistles. Excited and happy as ever, curious as to why he was called for, judging by the expression on his face.
Velda gets back to the inn, just as all her companions safe Gert are ready to leave: "Didn't wait to breakfast together? You might still like what I have to say." With that, Velda makes her way inside and orders herself a large plate of breakfast.

Nova mutters and deflates on the spot as Velda casually strolls by mentioning that they didn't wait for breakfast. She'd blink, feeling like a fool having made a huge fuss. She'd just sit there on the ground in the square for a moment. The druid would simply hand off a piece of bacon to Borris, just at a loss as he was at this moment. Her head would pan to Cadence with a sincere look of apology.
Nova would make note that Fionn was approached by Sister Garaele and went off on his way. She would lay back in the dirt and let her head slowly swiveled side to side. The streets seem empty. The half-elf would stuff another piece of bacon in her mouth, having to hold Borris away from as she chewed lazily. "Yeah I realize now I'm a spazz..." Her stomach would gurgle from ingesting so much too fast. She could also feel her heart still beating at a quickened pace as she lay there.
Borris would start nuzzling at Nova's side, trying to dig under her, trying to push her up. "Okay. Okay." With a grunt, she'd sit up before giving the wolf another slice of bacon. "Go back to Hugz. I'll bring you guys the rest of my breakfast." After a few scritches, she'd send him on his way before padding her way back to the inn. She'd give Toblen a very apologetic look as she'd return to the table. She wouldn't sit though.
"Since there's no rush?" Nova will pick up her half eaten plate. "I'll be right back." She'd take her leave with the meal. She'd even add the two pieces of bacon that she had left with it. The druid would bring the rest of her breakfast to offer Hugz, assuming he hasn't vanished either, eventually making her way back to the inn.
Not being a huge fan of tea, Nova would ask Toblen for a glass of milk. She'd pay for two meals for herself and the beverage, but not actually order a second meal. She was trying to make up for the possibility of forgetting to return the plate she just left the establishment with, and for running out like she had. The half-elf would then quietly return to her seat to simply listen.
Cadence didn't make it much further than the door before Velda comes back and walks into the Inn. She rolls her eyes, wheels about on one foot, then falls into step with Velda, being careful to step only where Velda steps, until she takes a seat, at which point she would begin giving the warrior a shoulder massage for no apparent reason. While she does so, she checks in on Pine, taking a few moments to glance through the cats eyes and make sure the goblin and wagon of weapons were still safe. Then she would grab a piece of bacon and go back to massaging Velda's shoulders.

Velda is at first very weary of being touched, spinning round to Cadence, with one hand on the hilt of her longsword already. When Cadence starts to tentatively give her a massage though, she relaxes. In between mouthfuls of food, she starts telling you all that shewent up to Tresendar Manor, to observe the Redbrand base of operations. She had seen four people leave to get supplies in town, and after a while snuck onto the grounds. They were abandoned, likely meaning that there aren't too many other redbrands nearby, maybe a total of eight, with a rotation. Although the upper floors were abandoned, she had found a door leading to a cellar. Without any signs that the four redbrands that left to head to the town where living upstairs, Velda figured that the "true" hideout might be underground.

Toblen approaches you with your plate of breakfast. (Same as described before just larger portions) Setting it down in front of you, “Don’t worry about this one love! It’s on the house. Anything I can get ya ta drink?” He’ll wait for your drink order and return with it shortly. (Or not if you don’t want I drink I suppose)
Making your way back into the Inn, Toblen notices you and says, “Good enough time come back for eh? Glad I didn’t clear your plate yet. Feel free to sit back down.” Hearing ‘I’ll be right back from you replies. “Okay, see you soon then.”
At the barn:
You don’t see Hugz immediately when you enter and look around the wagon and begin to grow concerned. Though your concern is quickly alleviated as Borris quickly sniffs him out of hiding in the wagon.
“Sorries.” Hugz says as he pops up from behind a barrel. “Hugz wasn’t sures whos was coming in and didn’ts want to be seens.”
Nothing you have a plate of food quickly adds “Is that for Hugz?” Runs over time you and gives you a Hugz hug. Then grabs the plate and sits down devouring the rest of it almost as quickly as you did earlier.
Finishing up his breakfast says to you before you depart with the plate to go back to the inn, “Wheres am I gonna hides when you turns in this wagonses? Most folk around these parts don’t likes goblineses.” He looks at you curiously wondering what will happen to him.
On your return to the Inn from the barn, you are greeted by Toblen as you enter the common area “You’re back again I see. Just like you said you would. Might have to call you boomerang if you keep it up.” He pauses to chuckle at his own joke. When you offer him coin for the meals he politely declines and brings you your milk to enjoy while listening to Velda share what she discovered this morning.
Cadence waits, with patience, while the group finishes catching up on details, eating bacon, and drinking milk. She loses interest in Velda's shoulders and wanders the common room taking in gouges in the beams, and cobwebs in the rafters. Finally, when it seems the others may be ready, Cadence says, "Shall we rescue our friend? He's just around the bend?"
