Fianna, having taken a couple gashes from the harpy nearest her, curses and takes her staff in both hands and swings at the thing as if it was a baseball...
Attack: 7 Damage: 0
As a bonus action she will use her telekinetic shove (DC 15 Strength save) on the Harpy that Molo seems to be fighting, attempting to give him Help in his attacks versus it by making it off balance?
Fi'Finella is continuing to fly to her master's area.. (Was never sure where the imp was, but she was around the boat invisibly patrolling so I'm going to assume she's nearby Fianna next turn unless told different?)
((Fianna really is not meant for melee... those rolls! Sheesh!))
Wisdom save: 20 (assuming still disadvantage on base save?)
No disadvantage to attempt to recover if you're already charmed!

That works! Also, Fi'Finella is always nearby unless you tell me otherwise, and can also Help in attacks.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dain continues to lay about him with his maul, targeting the most injured first, with a view to downing one (and thus getting a bonus attack):
Move: Move around as needed to reach and strike harpies. Action: 1st attack, recklessly: Attack: 23 Damage: 11 2nd attack, recklessly: Attack: 19 Damage: 13 Note: Extra damage on first hit: 7 radiant. Bonus Action (only if I kill or crit above): attack, recklessly: Attack: 21 Damage: 15 Note: Granting Advantage until my next turn.
Dain smashes one right out of the sky in his first swing; then, with two more swings, takes out a second one, which falls heavily on the sleet-covered deck.
The harpies disengage and lift-off together, disappearing into the low, heavy clouds above. Combat is over, unless you have a way to pursue them into the sky. Five dead harpies and three dead dwarven sailors lay smashed on the rocks. Another dwarven sailor is badly injured, and everyone in the party is battered and bloody to varying extents.
The ship lists worryingly in the heavy seas as it grinds against icy boulders.
The islet is tiny and barren, with a few low, stunted trees (or, really, large, leafless bushes) and bone-covered nests. During the fight, Kelnan had spotted the top of an old mast to starboard; evidently, yours was not the first ship to wreck here.
In the aftermath of it all, Fianna helps the dwarves collect yet more of their dead and assist as solemnly and unobtrusively as possible. Still and all, she also tries to urge quickness and is worried about what, if anything, they need do yo get the ship sea worthy again…
Dain calms down, taking a few heaving breaths as the remaining harpies flee. He wipes sweat and blood from his brow. "That were unpleasant. I wonders if there be anything of value on this little island? Seems we be not the only ship to have been lured here..."
Kelnan shakes off the trance and scrambles below decks, hoping he can repair damage with Mending before it becomes too severe. He shouts to the captain as he goes.
"I'm going below to patch things up, can we get off these rocks?"
The ship is partially wedged between rocks and an old, submerged wreck of a ship considerably larger than the Soul of Winter.
The damage is considerable. The captain is trying to reconfigure the cargo winch to try to pull it off a particularly problematic boulder, as sailors attempt to intercede timbers to keep the ship from smashing against more stone. The pounding surf and icy rocks make it dangerous work.
Kelnan's arcane mending begins to help patch the smaller areas of damage, but larger sections will require the labors of the bosun and others skilled with woodworking, assuming they are still alive among the crew. But their current efforts are aimed at stopping the ship from smashing itself to pieces on the rocks. They are making some progress, but it's slow, tricky, risky labor.
Dain glances over the island. It is barely 100 feet across, a little more than that long, and is mostly ice-covered stones. Amongst the scrub at the raised center, he can see large brushy nests full of bones (including some clearly human ones), coins, and debris.
There is indeed treasure. Hundreds if not thousands of coins, scattered throughout the nests. Molo also finds a jewel-encrusted holy symbol of some sort. Also lots of bones - humanoid bones and dozens of human skulls. These harpies have been busy for many years.

Fi’Finella scouts the island for anything particularly eye catching. The others can carry the bulk, the little Imp is looking for anything g of particular interest.
Imp investigation: 8 - mainly to have them doing something.
Fianna herself consults with the captain regarding benefits of further sinking the wreck. Obviously if anything worthwhile could be scrapped from it first - timber for repairs or such - it should but she could use her spellcraft to assist in further sinking or destroying it if helpful. (Don’t suppose anyone has water breathing?) An ideally placed Shatter or Eldritch Blast may give them the room they need?
While the sailors work to free and stabilize the ship, Molo gathers hundreds and hundreds of coins from among the sticks and bones, scattered in and around the nests. Some are frozen to the rocks, but the clever kobold manages to chip them off. (1,231 cp, 641 sp, 320 ep, 164 gp, and 12 pp.)
Fi'Finella finds naught but a tasty seagull to snack upon.
Fianna finds that the old wreck below them is completely submerged - just five feet below at the stern, and fifteen feet of cold green seawater covering the main deck. Only the stump of one of the masts occasionally protrudes from the waves. Demolishing parts of the stern might help their immediate situation.
“Thanks, looks like you do too!” Fianna will help Molo carry and stow their newfound fortune and explain her thoughts that strategically destroy g the submerged ship may help get them free.
“I want to consult and coordinate with the captain though. I don’t want to do harm trying to help…”
As such, she will indeed consult with the captain. She’ll not try to blow anything up or such without his knowledge and guidance. Fianna has no clue how to steer or run a ship so isn’t going to presume anything… she’ll also point out that Katernin could allow people to walk upon water if that would help with repairs at all

Molo keeps slinging stones
Attack: 11 Damage: 4
Paladin - warforged - orange
That works! Also, Fi'Finella is always nearby unless you tell me otherwise, and can also Help in attacks.
Extra roll for Molo attack advantage: 9
(Actually, 11 hits...)
Molo hits one square in the head with his sling; it careens heavily (and perfectly silently) into the frost-covered rocks.
Kelnan wakes up from his stupor. (He may act next turn.)
Dain and Katernin may act next. (Katernin and Kelnan remain outside the silent zone.)

Molo heaves another stone after the fleeing harpies. “That - sucked.”
