As the others attempt to rescue the refugees, Flick continues to concentrate on his illusory sea elf as it remains about 30 feet away from the Sahaugin. He causes it to move in such a way that it appears to be making menacing gestures with it's trident.

The refugee is pulled ashore, and you throw again, beginning to reel in another one. The sahaugin advance on the sea elf, and lie in wait, preparing their attacks.
