Small One 1 dies from Fletcher's strike.

(screams) "Die you motherless bastards!"

Small One 2 screeches, and charges at Fletcher to avenge his fallen friend.

Claw: to hit 18 damage 6

fletcher grimaces as the goblin goes down, but manages to deflect the blow with his shield.

Tender says nothing as she moves towards the small one attacking Fletcher and spins around, aiming a kick at it. 

Attack: 22 Damage: 4

Along with the small damage Fletcher had done to the second Small One before, Tender's well placed kick throws the creature's head back with a crack of its neck. It falls over, limp and dead.

Fletcher glares half-heartedly at Tender "I did have it under control you know."

Evi, who had remained still since their enemies had discovered their location, pokes her head from her hiding spot behind a bush.  Seeing only the large creature remaining, she stands up and extends her palm out releasing a blueish-green ray of energy at it while it's hopefully unawares before scurrying behind a nearby tree.

Eldritch Blast: Attack: 24 Damage: 4

Tender grins back at Fletcher, shrugging. "Couldn't let you have all the fun, though," she tells him cheerfully. 

Kallista watches the creature sidestep just in time for her arrow to fly by its head and sink into a nearby tree. She ducks back into the bushes, fumbling to retrieve another arrow from her quiver.

The Big One glares at Evi as her Eldritch Blast flies past him.

"..well you could of.." fletcher grumbles good-naturedly.

Unfortunately, Archer's powerful bolt misses, hitting a nearby tree (so the advantage on attacks transfers to the tree, if anyone wants to attack it with advantage). The Big One snuffs, smiles, and begins to make strange motions with his hands. After a few moments, blazing magical energy flashes from his palms, and he draws a large circular shape in the air. The shape fills with a rippling energy, and the creature steps through, teleporting away. The portal closes behind him, leaving you and the two dead creatures alone in the clearing, surrounded by silence.

Kallista stands, replacing her bow on her back. She walks over to the tree she shot and yanks her arrow out, then approaches one of the fallen creatures, staring down at it. "Any idea what these things are?" She addresses the group, disdain evident in her voice.

(If someone would like to identify the creatures, please make a History or Investigation check, whichever is higher for you)

Tender turns her attention towards Kallista, walking over to look down at the dead creatures, making a face. "Well, no injuries over here, but these things were unnecessarily vicious," she mutters, nudging one with a toe. 

Investigation: 7

Tender has trouble identifying the beasts, but comes up only with the fact that they are unlike anything she has seen before.

Archer, on the other hand, has a grand revelation.

Ormidal searches the creatures for any items of value or use (Investigation: 4).

Evi continued to wait behind a tree for a few moments after the largest enemy - whatever it was - had teleported away before stepping out to join the others.  "I'm alright," she replies quietly in response to Archer's question.  Looking down at the remains of one of the smaller ones she continues with,  "I've never seen something like...them before.  Are the natural to this part of the world?"
