(Sorry we've passed a lot of doors/ rooms recently so I'm trying to place ourselves. Could you give us a quick description of where our PCs currently are or what we see?)
You are still in the hallway, in the west side of the room leads to the room where you found the dragon, north is where you just were, and south leads to the shooting room.
I'd also like to do an insight check to see if Wakka can tell the dragon's state of mind (As he's slightly concerned about it getting angry and attacking them.) Insight: 6
Cade glances to the gnome. "Ask the dragon if he has something else he would like to be doing while we finish up here..." Cade tells the gnome. "We have work to do, and want to make sure he is ok with coming with us to complete that work, or he can always wait for us until we finish up."
None of the other doors have been moved through, after the gnome talks to the dragon, the dragon begins walking away, the gnome turns to you all, "Seems he is going back to his makeshift lair til' you all are ready to leave.
"Fine by me." Cade says with a shrug. He looks to the doors. Picking oen at random, he nods to it. "Let's check out that one." 1 to decide which door, DM can just figure out which door that number represents.
"Works for me." Cade agrees. He runs a hand up to hold a piece of wood he has on a thong around his neck, as he glances down the left tunnel, then nods to the right, where his companion indicated they should try.

The dragon sighs, and blasts a breath of cold air on the goblins, the must make a CON save (DC 12) or take 21 damage or half the on a success.

You choose one of the doors on the north wall, that leads to a hallway that has an split, one path goes right, one goes left.
