"If you mean Tagret and Rashana, they seem to be ok, last I've seen of them was Barthans."
He takes the drink "Thanks" he raises his drink and toasts "May we get what we want, and not what we deserve." and sips while looking back at Saravena
"You are quite good with that crossbow. Did you replace your bolts? I've noted you're running low. There is a place called the Lionshield Coaster that has a few."
In thought of being in her shoes, and what he has seen of her. He looks to the side and back "Perhaps you should try using poisons for more effect with the weapon."
" I was actually thinking of leaving the damn thing at home.....still got 10 functional so its serviceable for now. But I'm musing over whether or not I take up the bow again...I quite enjoyed archery in my youth..."
" Poison? You don't think thats a little unsporting? In truth I'm feeling a little uninspired in the lab these days.....bit of spelunking might be just the thing."
OOC: Apologies all - have been away for a week absent most devices - hopefully we can slot in the post into a reasonable timeline
Purchases done, Tagret looks for the others at the Inn "Hey, thought we might need some of these" and he slides two of the potions of healing onto the table "just in case we get into some serious trouble..." and then also lobs the spare coin onto the table as well "Take your shares as well"
OOC: If someone can tell me how much should have gone to share the loot out we can adjust accordingly, noting that Tagret did take it upon himself to buy 3 potions out of the haul

"What don't I know about these caves?" Gundren responds. "There's not a dwarf in the whole of Phandalin that doesn't know about these caves. Well, except for their location. But we have that information now.
Five hundred years ago, give or take, clans of dwarves and gnomes made an agreement. They agreed to share a rich mine in a wonderous cavern, Wave Echo Cave. You see, the mine contained great magical power in addition to its mineral wealth. However, it was you lot, you humans that came along and helped channel and bind that magic into a great forge, the Forge of Spells, where magic items could be crafted. In those times, Phandalin prospered, and all was well.
That is until the orcs with some evil wizards attacked Wave Echo Cave to seize its riches and magic treasures. In the battle, much of the cavern was destroyed and the entrance collapsed. Few survived the cave-ins and tremors. This lead to the cave being lost until today."
Whilst listening to he story, Droop's and Bitenose's eye begin shining in wonder of the potential wealth to be found in the caves. Sildar, on the other hand, has an expression of determination.
"If we are ready, we should leave now. We won't arrive at the cave until this afternoon, but it should give us plenty of daylight before night falls."

Rashana listens to the story intently, then nods as the goblin's eyes widen, seemingly in agreement. "Ah...so these mines are now ripe for the taking, and when we liberate them and this Forge, we will each own a share of the wealth that they represent. This is a good plan: Property is the embodiment of wealth, and wealth is power; this much has become clear to me."
"Do you expect the wizard or their minions are still alive?"
Gundren shakes his head in disagreement, "No, after so long trapped in the cavern, they would likely have died by now. If the cave-in didn't already kill them. However, I think we still need to be careful of those who are looking for the cave as well."

" I'm wondering if I should get Tagret or Rashana to run me through some drills....too much time in research not enough sparring...."
" What do you think of this mine malarkey?"
"I think it sounds interesting. I guess maybe, we should find our compadres."

" Eh, they know where we are. Bed?"
She smirked slightly, " I'm going to bed. You can have the rest of the bottle."
" Thanks. Yeah, you have a point. I'll guess I'll pay for a room and do the same." He does so

When she has finished with her purchases, gymnastics and meditation at the ruins she returns to the inn for a meal, then to her room.
(( Did anyone want to check on the goblin care-takers? Rashana has no interest in them. ))

You all retire for the night and meet up with Gundren, Sildar, Bitenose and Droop ready to head to Wave Echo Cave.

Saravena awoke bright and early and toddled out to meet the others still doing her hair....
Rashana rises before the dawn and practices again in the dim light. Sunrise finds her slightly sweaty, but ready to travel.
"What do you know of these caves?" she asks Gundren.
Misha listens for Gundrens responce.

"I suppose it worth the risk, such magics being controlled, lets go."
