DM Note: Okay with a '13' heroes go first.

Just to make sure everyone is clear, you are in the cave furthest on the left. You are in the northern section which is below the ledge. Sildar is lying dying at the bottom of the ledge but can be saved. Yeemik is in the south section which is on the ten-foot rise. There are steps up to this ledge to face Yeemik in melee combat, it will take thirty feet to reach him though.

"Sildar is all yours Damian, we will keep you covered," Saravena says as she take a shot at Yeemik with her crossbow.

Attack: 12 Damage: 7

Seeing Damian got Sildar covered, Rashana runs up to the ledge and jump on top off it, skipping the stairs.

"Take this!" She quickly darts behind Yeemik, whacks him on his head then follows up with a punch in his gut. 

Quarterstaff: Attack 8, Damage 7

Unarmed Strike: Attack 8, Damage 5

Acrobatics 11 (for jumping up the ledge)

Saravena's arrow hits Yeemik's arrow and falls to the floor. Rashana tries to jump up the side of the ledge, but she fails to reach the top and lands back down on the floor.

As soon as Yeemik drops Sildar Tagret will be moving to engage (and based on the map scale Tagret can't be more than 30ft away), unslinging his great axe and taking a swing at the goblin leader taunting him "Stupid to lose your only bargaining chip"

Great Axe Attack: 15 Damage: 6

Tagret's axe swings through and embeds itself into Yeemik's arm.

Damian will go to Sildar and cast Spare The Dying on him.

Damian successfully stabilises Sildar.

Yeemik disengages from the fight with Tagret and moves back away into the back of the cave. He then fires a bolt, at Tagret, from his shortbow.

(Crossbow: Attack: 18 Damage: 5 piercing damage.)

OOC: Where am I in the initiative order? Sorry I have alot going on atm and have lost track.

DM: Note there's not exactly an initiative order other than heroes, then villains for this fight. So any of you can go depending on when you are available.

Grunting away the pain of the arrow striking home, Tagret just runs at the sneaky goblin chief and swings the Great Axe around in a wide arc....hitting nothing but thin air as the arrow impairs his ability to swing the weapon properly

Great Axe Attack: 13 Damage: 4

Once Sildar stables Damian will lift his shield up to Dodge bolts as he moves towards the goblin that disengaged. 

After the fail attempt, Rashana decides to use the stair to get near the goblin. She runs up to the goblin and swing her staff at its chest then follow up with an elbow strike.

Quarterstaff: Attack 13, Damage: 6

Unarmed Strike: Attack 7, Damage: 4

Yeemik was too busy focusing on Tagret that he missed Rashana suddenly rushing him. The quarterstaff catches him on the temple and he staggers. The unarmed strike then finishes him off.

Seeing the goblin crumple under the strikes he congratulates Rashana with a "Impressive", wincing at the arrow lodged in his bicep (that was 50% of HP) as he lowers his weapon, then grabs the shaft and pulls it free, wincing at the pain, then turns to the latecomer Damian "Hey blacksmith, anything you can help with....?" holding out his arm to  the cleric before remembering Sildar "You save Sildar?"
