As the pair are being tied up Tagret interjects, stopping the action "Why waste time tying them up - they will just be set free" and pulls out a handax and proceeds to cut any straps holding their armor in place and will take all the weapons and, absent any other obvious options, will throw them onto a roof. Disarmed and dearmored he nods in satisfaction "That should slow them down"
As soon as they are done he addresses Gundren "Let's go get Sildar - maybe he knows what's going on with the Red Brands"

Inside you find Sildar sitting at a table, he turns around as you enter and he face lights up with recognition, "Ah! Friends you have returned from Cragmaw Castle, and with Gundren as well. “The secret we should never let the gamemasters know is that they don't need any rules.” ― Gary Gygax
Saravena takes note of the notice on the board as they near the townmaster's hall. At Harbin's remark Saravena gives him a wide smile, "Can't get rid of us that easily I'm afraid."
Accepting Sildar's invitation Saravena gives him a small nod, "Yes, we brings friends new and old but we almost couldn't after some Red Brand tried to stop us and take out ol' Gundren here." Saravena shoots Harbin a dirty look then continues, "One ran off to some manor on the hill, could be where they are hiding. Have you heard anything while you have been in town?"
Tagret is a little confused as to how the group has gone from a open street battle to sitting down to chat, and expresses that by stating "Do we really have time to sit and talk - we were just attacked by four Red Brand mercenaries in town....with one escaping what's to stop him bringing a bunch more back here?"
"Maybe they will," Saravena answers. "But right now we need to reorganize, recuperate, and understant what is going on."
Saravena turns to Tagret, "Damian needs time to reconnect with his god, I need time to recover, plus on our way back to the village I may have finally figured out a puzzle I have been working on for some time that can give me an edge which in turn will give an edge to our whole group. While I don't know if Rashana or our new friend Maerys need rest I do know one thing from my observations, every time you go into that battle rage of yours you push your body to its extremes. How many more times can you do that without a rest before completely destroying your body...once...twice? Do you think it will be enough to face an unknown amount of enemies?"
Saravena closes her eyes and pinches the bridge on her nose for a moment then continues her voice softer, "I understand you are a warrior of the north, with great strength you charge through enemies, but some times we need to fight smarter not harder. We need rest and to find information. How many enemies could we expect? Is there another entrance then just the front gate? Does anyone know if there is anything to be cautious about in the manor like a bugbear or something? So just calm down for a bit while we gather our thoughts then we can free this place of the Red Brand."
Sildar turns to Harbin, "Manor on a hill? That would be Tresendar Manor wouldn't it? I believe that it had been long abandoned. That could be a place for a group such as the Redbrands to hold up in."
Harbin shrugs his shoulders, "It's possible. I certainly have not been up that way. As you say, it's abandoned. No need to check up on abandoned property."
Sildar then turns to you all,"I think it would be a place to go investigate, might provide some clues as to who is leading the group."
"That King Grol was supposed to be meeting with someone from the Redbrands," Grundren says. "And now they seem to have come for the map. Clearly whoever is in charge is trying to find the cave."

An unfriendly smirk spreads across Harbin's face as he answers Tagret, "Well... I could always lock you up in jail in the cellar if you'd like. Associating with goblins would be a fitting crime." He shoots a look at Bitenose.
"I've got no issue with you locking up the goblin," Gundren adds. "Though I oppose you locking anyone else up."
"Yeah, I cannot allow you to lock them up either," Sildar says.

"I am not too keen on being locked up either," Saravena pipes in. "Could we rest somewhere else in here, taking turns to keep watch for any Redbrands?"
Sildar turns his attention to Harbin, "What do you say about that?"
Harbin begins to stammer,"And what if the Redbrand do come here? They will think I am trying to get rid of them, or that I am after the same as them, and then who knows what they might do to the town."
"Bah! He is useless. A complete soft-belly. He will never do anything good for his people for fear of some possible consequences that he doesn't even know of. I say we just take over this hall, and lock him in the cellar."

You want to take me to jail then try old man!” Damian will get in the old man face “You keep refusing to deal with the Red Brand extorting your people, I guess you wouldn’t mind if I did the same too! And you Gundren!” Damian switches to dwarvish “I already told you he’s in my employment, if you keep disrespecting my friend here you and I will have problems by Mordian I swear this!”
Damian's attempts of intimidation fall of death ears to both Harbin and Gundren.
"Why don't you all see if you can hide out at Alderleaf Farm?,"Harbin suggests. "You'll be far enough away from here so that I am not associated with you all. You would get a view of Tresendar Manor. If anyone leaves the manor you would be able to see them straight away. Plus they might not think to look for you there.
It's just further down the road."
"That's actually not a bad idea," Sildar says. "Thanks Harby. What do you all think?"
