Hearing Reghys' ask, Ebele goes to look herself over. She pauses. Then starts patting herself down. Just a little bruise left from earlier, but she was good. The monk would offer a reassuring smile. "They weren't fast enough to touch this." Involuntarily, a tune starts playing in her head making her head bob a little. Hawke was subjected to it too. Can't touch this. Denenene nene...
Bringing logic back, T'chal'fronack'zcinicker suggests to proceed. "Sounds like we're up." Feeling for Hawke, Ebele gives his head a scritch when she finds him. "Good ol' Snoots an' Boots." She wiggles her barefooted toes.
A diligent sentry, Auric stood post at the northern door. He'd be able to share that there was a door directly 40ft north and the canal approximately 50ft to the west. Ebele would approach, nodding in thanks for the elven warrior for always keeping an eye out. He'd be able to watch Ebele and Hawke investigate the room to the north. "We can keep you informed as things develop." She'd assure with a confident smile. The blonde would give Hawke a hearty pat on the side. The druid's communication link was top notch.
"We need to be very, very quiet..." Ebele would put a finger to her mouth. When Wawke would be ready, he'd lead them down the hall. Indeed, they were quiet. Together their steps fell in line and they crept forward. Sure enough, the door was the same stone doors that required strength to open. The monk would place her ear to the door while Hawke could put his snoot to the floor.
Wawke wafts. There was something different about the air coming through the door. It was extremely feint, but nothing an expect nose couldn't pick up. Also, having spent a good amount of time in this place, he was plenty familiar with the musk that blanketed this dungeon of moisture. This was different. If he was in that room he was sure he could figure it out. Though, he didn't need his link with Ebele to know that they both could tell that room wasn't without occupants. She'd hold up two fingers. Hawke could confirm, there were two beings in there. And they weren't cultists. Something more sinister.
