Speaking afterwards from over Kerrics other shoulder, Flux fist pumps the air and adds, "That's right! Not to mention the excessive other laws broken in the illegal acquisition of territories, funds, destruction of property, several accounts of murder, conspiracy, and the list goes on and on. All this to say, it would behoove you all to, uh, surrender, both to expedite your relocation to the nearest appropriate authorities, and to plead your case within the, ah, appropriate forum. Do so swiftly, and I mayhaps be able to guarantee at minimum a reduced sentence."

Xalkas rolls his eyes at the exchange and is currently calculating, while peering through everyone’s legs, exactly how many of these creatures he could catch in a fireball.
(Sorry folks! Budget submission week thus a little brain dead and further slacking on quality and quantity. Please forgive me.) (Without looking at a map and calculating, I say Xalkas would comfortably be able to target all of the lizardfolk with fireball, or the prophet, but not both.)
The man at the altar looks sullen and suspicious. “We’ve been prepared for your arrival since the big bang.” He raises his nose as you enter the room, looking down it at you. “Who are you? What do you really want? And why shouldn’t I drown you?” The line of lizardfolk draw and ready all their weapons.
”I am Kerric, and I want all of these evil elemental cults eliminated and the missing dwarves returned,” replies Kerric. Turning to his friends, he adds, “That sound about right?”
Turning back to the cultists he says, “Oh, yes, and about my earlier question—I assume you are the evil crashing wave types or you would have led with a denial. So, shall I rid the world of your little eddy of the Crashing Wave before or after you try to drown me?”

Lewin raises his hand, his head crooking to one side and half a smirk crawling along his jawline, and soft blue motes of light drift down from the ceiling, drawn to the figures watching them, attaching themselves to as many as they can.
(If he can cast faerie fire on the group before things kick off, he will. He’s not sure if these creatures are responsible for his captivity but even if not , they seem like bad, dangerous company to keep at one’s back and though he doesn’t usually start fights, he’s no stranger to them.)
In response to the question from Kerric, Flux bobbed his head about before ultimately holding a hand out to the side and making a so-so gesture in jest. "Uhm, actually. About that whole drowning business in particular."He chimed. "Me boys here have been inoculated against that. So, if that, uh, influences your decisions towards my previously mentioned option to surrender, that would be fantastic! Otherwise, well.." he gestures to the group before giving a wide, shark-toothed smile.

Ebele leans over and whispers to T'chal'fronack'zcinicker. "Kerric's getting sassy." The monk grabs hold of her staff. With a smirk across her lips, she readies herself in support of their elven warriors decision to pick this fight over what he believes to be right.

The amphibious man scoffs. "The closest thing to a dwarf left here stands with you elf." He turns to fully face the group. "You flounder about without even the faintest idea." While he holds a trident in a human hand, his other arm is revealed to be a crab claw. "Yes we play in the grey waters." He shrugs a bit. "But you should be more concerned about what lurks in the darkness." Then he reaches out with his trident and points to the warrior and his company across the bridge. “Only through destruction can the errors of this world be mended. The coming flood shall wash away all who are unworthy.”

"Well, I do agree with one of your points. 'Only through destruction can the errors of this world be mended. And you and your crew there-"Flux throws his balled up fist to the side, briefly seemingly cracking the very space at his side as if it were glass. "-are about to feel that first hand! Behold! Embrace the thunder of the Heavens!"He laughed as he brought the shield in close only to slam his hand against palm its face.
Despite it being made of some kind of chitinous material, the sound that echoed on contact was more akin to thunder rolling across the sky as the magical force exploded outward from the surface. But whereas it washed over harmlessly passed Kerric, the wave of thunderous force is less kind to a thicker group of lizardfolk, threatening to shatter bone and ear drums in its wake.
...
Although had Flux not found a group large enough for such theatrics, then it is the tried and true method of summoning the captain's wheel to slam into "Mr. Crabs" he'd utilize instead before spitting a jet of ink over to the line of lizardfolks. In either instance and against his better judgement, Flux strode up to stand beside Kerric, ready to help hold the line.
Action: Cast (3rd level)Shatter on lizardfolk(as many as possible). Con Save or take 32 Thunder Damage. (Using Channel Divinity - Destructive Wrath to maximize the damage dice as show above)
Or(IF he'd would only be able to get at most 2 lizardfolk in the Shatter, then instead):
Bonus Action: Cast (2nd level)Captain's Wheel and strike Amphibious Man. (Lethal)Spiritual Weapon - Attack: 12 Damage: 12 of Force.
Action: Cast (Cantrip)Ink Bomb on L1(and one other within 5ft of it). Dex Save(DC 16) or take 8 Acid Damage.

Flux’s sound reverberated through the temple, threatening to rattle the brain of the lizardfolk lined up before the group. There was a very long awkward pause after the ring. Did anything actually happen? And then eventually, as if someone hit the unpause button, moans, groans and cries of discomfort come from the lizard people as they cringe and fuss, trying to find ways to cover their ear holes. Those who failed miserably against the noise felt blood begin to drip from their sound holes.
Three of the five lizardfolk, stagger forward, wide eyed and entirely discombobulated. They wobble like synchronized drunks before collapsing forward one after another, never to get up again. The remaining affected warrior remains standing, but in serious disarray.
