Ebele was ready, yet, not really sure what she was ready for. When Kerric cautioned them to be on their guard, the monk would pull out her staff in preparation. She had yet to hear any foes within her range, and didn't know what direction to go. Being on a bridge, that was a little important to her.
Initiative Order: Tchal| Ebele | CP | Xalkas | Reghys | F1| Kerric | Hawke | F2 (F1 and F2 will not become visible until Xalkas and Reghys finish their turn, and that's when Hawke would see something stir from around the corner of the bridge, thus negating any surprise there.)
The Crushing Wave Cultist Priest would smirk mischievously. They'd mouth wounds you can't hear, following it up with a chuckle to themselves. The cultist raises their staff, then brings it down to tap the ground before gesturing in the direction of the cart.
Action:Sleet Storm Freezing rain and sleet fall begin to fall over the cart and is soon covered with slick ice, making it difficult terrain for Xalkas, Reghys, Hawke and T'chal'fronack'zcnicker.

As the sleet starts to come down and fills the area with freezing rain...he yelps in surprise, slipping off his seat with the sudden slick ice everywhere, and tumbles to the ground. He crawls under the cart to take shelter form the sudden magic storm....pulling his new cross bow off his shoulder and loading it quickly...wiping ice and sleet from out of his hair.

Rudely interupted by the sorcerous storm the sassy satyr says: “Loos like we might be out of luck trhing to get to the bookseller withiut any violence... I guess today the sword might be mightier than the pen!” They say this with a wink at Kerric, giving him bardic inspiration!
“Let’s try to push forward and off this bridge!” With that, pointing at the water cultist, you hear a discordant laugh gurgle up in Reghys’ throat as they cast dissonant whispers at the figure blocking their way.
Wisdom save DC 15, or the cultist suffers 11 psychic damage and is frightened by Reghys
