"Oh, well, yes, of course. That's the least we can do after what you did for me and my family today," he says. "Selene! Get the bed rolls out. We're going to have guests tonight!" Then, turning his attention back to you, he says, "Please, come back in."
Damara looks around the shop a bit, shaking her head. "I ask nothing. If they are of use to you." She gets a little quieter. "You let me stay here when I wish to breath in the silence. I offer to you first."

Neskaryn looks at her for a second, then looks at the harpies. Then, he looks back at her a little confused, "You want to just give these to me? So you can...stay here?"
She shakes her head, some minor frustration in her golden eyes at herself for not conveying her point properly. "I hear the things people say. About me. You let me sit in here and breath. Without judgement. It is, an appreciated kindness. This," She gives the harpies a bit of a heft on her shoulder, "is a return of said kindness." She turns her head as though to speak to someone beside her, then stops and turns back. "If you wish to have them."

“It seems the harpies have grown bold and have started attacking the farms as well as travelers.” Moneo says holding the feather. “I came to inform the Captain that there may be a nest nearby.”

"Well," Neskaryn says hesitantly, "Okay. I can deal with that. You bring in magical creatures or parts of magical creatures, and you're welcome to escape here whenever you need - so long as you don't bring any harm to me or my shop, that is."
“It seems the harpies have grown bold and have started attacking the farms as well as travelers.” Moneo says holding the feather. “I came to inform the Captain that there may be a nest nearby.”
One guard looks at Moneo cock-eyed, "A harpy nest?" You can tell that he isn't sure whether or not to take you seriously. (Keeping in mind that the folks around here aren't necessarily antagonistic towards non-human races, but they're not exactly welcoming, either.) Go ahead and roll Persuasion.
Damara gives Neskaryn a nod, knowing she wouldn't ever willingly do so. She unties the Harpies ankles, laying them where directed, and wraps the length of bandages back onto her left arm as she walks away from the shop and back to her small home. Entering the single room abode, she efficiently rolls her threadbare sleeping mat, placing it into the leather ruck in the corner, collecting what little she owns and doing the same. With that, she shoulders the pack and leaves her home, heading back toward Tolou's, occasionally speaking in a whisper to herself.

7“I haven’t seen the nest myself of course. Though this feather came from one that I slayed earlier with the others.” Moneo says showing the feather, and giving the names of the rest of the group, as well as the farmers. “And they must be coming from somewhere.”9 ((adding a second roll here in case. I am being honest from What we know of course ^^)) 16
Fack... I dunno what happened with the rolls. I’m on mobile so the formatting got weird... I just meant to roll twice...
((The first roll was all you needed for this interaction, and it was a success.))
They look at you, then the feather, then each other, and the one that's been doing the talking so far, he says, "If what you're saying is true, then that's probably somethin' the Cap'n would want to be made aware of right away. Follow me." Then, giving instruction to the other guard to stay put, he leads you from the gate, a short walk over to the front door of the militaristic building. The doors are thick iron and heavy to pull open and closed.
When the two of you walk in, the guard leading the way, of course, another soldier approaches. The two whisper to each other, which results in the newcomer running off. The guard turns to you and says, "Wait here. The Captain will be coming shortly." It was such a short wait, in fact, that the guard almost didn't finish his sentence before a tall, well sculpted middle-aged man entered the room from a side hallway.
"I am captain Gaias," he says. "This soldier tells me you have important news that shouldn't wait."
Damara gives Neskaryn a nod, knowing she wouldn't ever willingly do so. With that, she shoulders the pack and leaves her home, heading back toward Tolou's, occasionally speaking in a whisper to herself.
Despite it getting close to sunset, Damara makes the short, 20-ish minute walk back to Tolou's farm without incident. When she knocks on the door, Tolou answers. "Oh. Are you here to join the others?"

"Don't be silly," Tolou says. "Selene! We have another guest. Please set her up in the room with the others!"
Tolou backs up, opening the door wider and motioning for Damara to come in, and Selene leads her upstairs to the room that Aeneas and Caradoc are already in.
Damara enters the room with a nod to Selene, her eyes drifting over the others as she moves to lay her sleeping mat in a corner. She lays her blade next to it, in position to be easily grabbed, and lays herself down, ready to sleep for the evening.

Caradoc waves at Damara, his hand crossbow near at hand, with the larger one from earlier on a sling over his shoulder. “Glad to see I’m not going to be doing this alone. I like to think I’m pretty capable, but I don’t know if I’m enough to wreck a whole nest myself.”
Caradoc gives a polite nod, “My name is Caradoc, and I’m pleased to meet you.”
Damara turns her head toward him from where she lay. Her eyes roam over the man, taking in details, before she looks back at the ceiling. "I know you, Caradoc. We have not spoken before. I am Damara." She reaches up to scratch at her cheek from over top the bandages. "The harpies we faced today. They did not acquit themselves well, in combat." She looks back at him. "We may bear their marks, when we are finished," her hand lazily reaches up to brush over one of the scratches left on her from earlier, "but I do not believe we will fail in this task. There is something more to our calling in this. Do you not feel it?" Her words are firm despite the low rasp of her voice.

Meeting the captain Moneo tells him the same story that he told the guards. At this point treating him like the full respect he’d give a ship’s captain, trying to give as much information as possible, about the attacks, and possibility of a nearby nest.
He leans back and closes his eyes. “I’m afraid I have no idea what you mean. What makes you believe there is any sort of ‘calling’ to this? A man was attacked by harpies. Not common, but not precisely unheard of, especially traveling alone.”
Damara looks back at the ceiling, her eyes gleaming in the low light, before she too closes them. "He speaks in silence. It is difficult, to hear it." Her own voice is a whisper as she speaks. "The hand of Kruphix has guided us to this path. We will walk to its Horizon, together."

Captain Gaias listens carefully to the tale and after a moment to ponder, he says, "We don't currently have the extra soldiers to dedicate to hunting down this nest, and it sounds like you and your cohorts handled yourselves well today. Would we be able to count on you to see the task through to completion?"
