The drow will make a shortsword attack at Sig while firing off his hand crossbow at Leowin.

Leowin catches a bolt as he tries to dodge it. He must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 hour. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target is also unconscious while poisoned in this way. The target wakes up if it takes damage or if another creature takes an action to shake it awake.

Sig will use his reaction to cause lightning to streak up the blade of the drow and electrify the elf. It will take 9 lightning damage or half on a dc 15 Dex save

The drow is blown backwards by the lightning damage and his charred corpse rolls along the floor and into a corner of the room. 

The poison courses through Leowins bloodstream. He becomes light headed and drops to the floor. 

Leo fits two more arrows to his bow and let’s fly at the priestess

Carilius begins to glow, eyes red as he lifts his head, pointing a finger at the priestess, casting Toll the Dead
the sound of a dolorous bell fills the air around her, she must succeed a DC15 WIS save or take 12 necrotic damage.

As the hex curse takes hold she suffers 4 psychic damage.

The drow have 4 hand crossbows and 4 short swords amongst them. They have 29 gold pieces. 4 sets of chain mail. 

the priestess has 13 gold on her, chain mail and a set of iron keys. 

Eoan takes the keys from the drow priestess corpse and spins them on his finger wondering what they could unlock 

At the rear of the chamber you see a drow restrained and gagged by spider webs.  He is wriggling and struggling to free himself 

Every other creature bound by the webs at this point t is dead
