Falavor moves over to the drow's body and checks it over for any hint of who she was or why she was there, plus any items of use that she might have (Investigation: 17).
While Falavor does that, Kaltent keeps his crossbow ready and peeks his head around the doorway to look into the room and double check for any other foes.
(So I think that this will just be a one shot, partly since we lost two people, but also I don’t think I could run a full campaign on a pbp. At least not one that wouldn’t be mostly rp)
Falavor reads the note (has undercommon), "Kaltent, I think that individual tied up there is a spy. This note is requesting information from a spy to be reported back to a high priestess. I'm not sure if the priestess' name is Revara or it's someone else." He nods to Kaltent, gesturing into the room.
"A spy, you say?" Kaltent asks. "Any idea who the spy works for?"
Not seeing anyone in the room besides the unconscious elf, kaltent enters the room and moves towards the creature. He pauses as he gets fully into the room and sweeps his crossbow around to make sure there truly isn't anyone else there. Assuming there is not, he lets the crossbow vanish and summons a longsword again, then steps forward and uses his free hand to check the elf's pulse and see if they're still alive (keeping the longsword back out of reach if she tries anything)

Get any info you can from the spy. Then report back to the high priestess -
Revara
All you get from the body is her crossbow, 10 bolts, and a note
(please only read this if you know undercommon)

(No undercommon here. What does kaltent see in the room?)
An elf tied to a table unconscious and a table with various sharp tools
Falavor reads the note (has undercommon), "Kaltent, I think that individual tied up there is a spy. This note is requesting information from a spy to be reported back to a high priestess. I'm not sure if the priestess' name is Revara or it's someone else." He nods to Kaltent, gesturing into the room.

You feel a fading pulse, roll medicine
Medicine: 11
You think if he isn’t healed immediately that he’s a goner
Falavor follows Kaltent into the room, "How does the poor captive look, Kaltent?"
“Not well,” Kaltent replies. “Can you heal her? I’m much better at killing things myself, don’t have any talent with healing.”
Falavor nods, placing a hand on the wounded elf, and says "Stitch up these wounds." (Casting Cure Wounds for 5 healing).
His eyes burst open and he starts thrashing and screaming. Roll Perception or arcana, whichever is higher
Perception: 15
You see the binds glow and you think it’s damaging him
(DM Question - you said the binds glow, are they rope or chain or something else?)
Falavor looks around the room to see if something might offer a way to release captive (such as a key if it's manacles etc) (Perception: 16).
(If it's just rope - )
He goes to the table and grabs one of the sharp tools and slices the ropes to try and free the elf.
Rope. As you try to cut it, roll a strength check
Kaltent helps try to cut the ropes using his pact longsword.
(Counts as magical for purposes of overcoming resistances, etc if that makes a difference)
Strength: 9
