Hitticus would like to find like, an assistant and whisper "Hey, hey bub, can you get me some of the... Quality herbs, you know, the ones on the HIGH shelves?"
Jerillo Runestock listens to all of your requests nodding eagerly up to the point where you ask for a list Randrak. He barks a laugh, "Ha! A list you say? One might as well count the hairs in a dwarfs beard. We have thousands of items here to sell and what we do not have we can procure for a price. We do not deal in weapons and armour for that is the province of the Forge Tower and we do not dabble in magic save the odd potion or two. The arcane is more trouble than it is worth, even in these time, but all else is fair game. Ask and you shall receive!"
He claps his hands then, "Now as to your more specific requests." he points to you Mercwri, "Facing a Troglodyte you say? Incapacitating agents, anti-toxin salves... now let me think." he snaps his fingers and a gnome runs up. He relays your order and the fellow nods before darting away to a distant room. "Oh and see what we have in the way of Acid!" he calls after him.
Jerillo beams at your complements and interest in the store Uldran. "Oh yes been in the family for generations. The family came across with the first ships from Baldenvelt when the monarchy fell and we've been hear ever since." He sends a third gnome off after your order though scratches his chin a little over the ingredients request. "I can give you the materials sure enough, but I can't guarantee the results, that's down to your own skill you understand? Half the cost is in the crafting."
Alanis the merchant offers you a beaming smile and nods his head, "A simple request!" collaring another passing gnome he instructs her to bring you a selection.
3 x Vial of Red Venom - A creature subjected to this poison must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. The poisoned creature is paralyzed. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.. 200 gold each
1 pot of Tingle Berry Cream - Smeared around the nose or on the inside of a face mask this cream will give you a advantage on stench based attacks, like those of the Troglodyte. The application will last one hour and the pot has five uses. Unfortunately it also has the side effect of overpowering the senses giving you disadvantage on all perception checks for the duration. 30 Gold
Hitticus the you gnome looks up at you with raised eyebrows. He glances this way and that and edges away from his employer to be out of earshot. "Wait here and I will see what I can find." and with that he darts away up a nearby staircase.
OOC: Let me know what you all purchase. Standard items you can deduct the gold and add them to your sheet yourself. Homebrew stull I will need to add for you.
Randrak grumbles under his breath at the Jerillo's remarks, almost inaudible to anyone else, though sentence fragments can be heard, "... trying to run a store... cannot track own inventory..."
He then steps away to lurk at the back of store whilst waiting for everyone else.

Uldran inspects the kit to make sure it has everything he needs, "Much appreciated, I'll just take the kit for now. Maybe I'll stop by again when we return."
Hitticus as you leave the gnome you spoke to steps up quietly. He presses a small piece of folded parchment into your hand. "Five gold." he whispers. Looking this way and that with a shifty glance.
OOC: Once Hitticus has concluded his business I take it you are all heading to the Forge Tower? If you have other business this day then just let me know.
Making your way west and north across the trading district you eventually come to the Forge Tower. Ducking inside you find yourself in a wide round hall with steps leading upward and downward into other chambers. The entire room is filled with different market stalls, many of them selling crafting goods and components, others selling weapons and armour.
Randrak looks around the Forge Tower, "Hmmm, I'm looking for your weapons. Especially melee weapons, I like to fight up close and personal. What do you have?"

Randrak you shout this out in the general direction of the various stalls and several of the merchants look up with interest. One in particular, a grey haired fellow with a leather braid in his beard calls you over.
"No point shouting lad, come and have a look for yer self." He points to his wares and you see the following :

Randrak shrugs his shoulders, "Well it got your attention didn't it." He walks over to the stall of the gray haired dwarf with a leather braid.
"Anyway lets have a look at what you have got."
Randrak looks over the different wares that are placed on the stall. He spots the dagger but it does not luck much better than the one that he is already carrying on his belt. Then he spots the shortsword, but again he already has a shortsword. A silver shortsword at that, but one that he has not yet used much since acquiring it. Though he feels that such a weapon could be useful in the future. The warhammer is also of notice, but he does not have much experience fighting with a two-handed weapon.
Then he spots the bagh nakh lying in the corner of the stall. Immediately his eyes light up as he traces the shart pointed spikes.
"Ten gold pieces? You should sell these to me a lower price. I'm a soldier and I think you should give me a discount for my military service."

Even if she had the gold to spare, Alanis is not looking for weapons or armor right now. So she is just wandering bit, maybe doing some tinker-windowshopping, provided that shops like this are present.
The merchant eyes you shrewdly Randrak. "Tell you what lad, I'll let them go for 5 gold along with that dagger you carry. I'd call that an even trade?"
Mercwri will look at the potion seller with a somewhat stern yet dignified manner, “Look mate, do ye understand what’s coming soon the pike? Hordes o’ goblins, drow ‘n other foul creatures, that’s what. An’ ye know who’ll be fighting t’ keep ‘em from gnawing on yer bones after they’ve chew thé roasted flesh off ‘em? Me an’ me pals that’s who. So, with that in mind, think ye could help me a bit and sell me a couple o’ vials of acid fer 30 gold pieces? Ye ken think o’ it as yer way o’ fighting fer yerself.”

Uldran is just following Randrak around at this point. Not really paying much attention to the weapons. As Randrak finds the bagh nakh Uldran asks him "Randrak, I feel that I have heard you mention this item before, what is your connection to this artificial claw?"
Randrak turns round to Uldran, "No particular connection exactly." He admits. "Though I did meet somone who had made use of them when I was a soldier. The idea of being able to get up close to someone when fighting, and then being able to fight in a natural way that causes damage does appeal to me."
