OOC to pan-pan, yes you can. a BA spell dictates that the other spell (if cast) must be a cantrip of CT 1A, so you're within the rules. Spells will specify targets if necessary. Jelly 1 jumps at Leo...and splatters on the floor beside him.

Yeah, the default for most spells is that you count as a viable target. They specify other creature if it has to be someone else.
