Helena stalks the spooked lookout, invisible even to darkness-piercing eyes. In a flurry of attacks, she sends two arrows at the woman while Jaesali's handaxe flies out as well. The lookout immediately drops to the ground without a sound. She doesn't get back up.
No one in the camp seems to have noticed. The bandits at the campfire continue their hushed conversation, while the hooded figures dance and chant in some ancient language to the beating of the drums.

With the lookout taken care of Nolla glances to the others. “Want those who have problems seeing int he dark to go after those near the fire, while the ones who can see in the dark go straight for the ritual there?”
Helena spends a moment to switch the hunter’s mark to one of the ones dancing before she answers.
”We’d better hurry either way. Five of us, five of them and that thing. If Nolla and Tam are attacking the campfire, we’ll strike the two dancers and pick off as many as possible before the drummer gets involved. You can attack as soon as the alarm is raised by us since you won’t be able to see us. Any other things before we go?”
She looks around at anyone with another idea, focused on saving the apparent sacrifice.
"I will get in the middle of them and distract them while you pepper them from a distance? Sound okay?"
He waits briefly for Nolla's response before dashing across the distance to the three by the fire (first round) then punching the nearest bandit repeatedly trying to knock them into the fire (open hand technique, DC 12 strength save) before shifting to put himself beside another bandit if possible (second round).
Nolla would frown. "I can probably get to them faster than you can..." She informs the monk. (Bonus action dash...) She shrugs though and instead pulls out her bow, not her best weapon, but she is good enough with it...
She will shoot at one as the monk slowly makes his way to the bandits near the fire.
Jaesali will use her movement, then use bonus action to dash toward the space between the ruins and get close to the one on the right. That will get her 60 feet. If the drummer goes toward the attack, she'll throw her javelin when he comes into view.
((@Dragondenn, you would have had your sneak attack damage on at least one of the bandits, maybe more, since Tam was within 5ft of them on your turn.))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The party gears up for a massive surprise attack on the bandits! Nolla and Tam attack at the ones at the fire, while Jaesali and Helena engage the drummer and the dancers.
One of the bandits is devastated by Nolla and Tam's strikes. He attempts to avoid falling backwards into the campfire.
STR save: 21
Helena's two arrows easily drops one of the dancers. Jaesali takes cover behind one of the ruins and readies a javelin.
(How is Jaesali using a bonus action to dash? Does she have a ability that allows her to do that?)
Group 2 Turn
Tanye raises a brow as the party attacks out of nowhere. She mutters, "Maybe I won't die today."
As the remaining dancer and the drummer recovers from their surprise, another cloaked figure exits the extravagant purple tent. She lowers her hood, revealing her shocking resemblance to Tanye! However, this halfling woman appears to much older, her wrinkled face looking at the party with absolute hatred.
"I won't let you disrupt this ritual. I will be young again!"
She approaches Jaesali and waves her hand, summoning a glob of a spiked tentacles which slash towards the barbarian.
One of the dancers unsheathes a wicked sharp ritual dagger and begins to charge the battle at the campfire. He reaches Tam and prepares to strike the next round.
(Dash over to the campfire.)
The fungal drummer turns to the Tanye's double, who directs it to charge the ranged characters in the forest. It lumbers forward eratically, making it difficult to hit.
(30 feet towards the forest, 60 feet from Nolla's last known position. Jaesali can throw a javelin.)
It is back to the party. Everyone can act, but keep in mind Helena's actions will occur after Group 1 enemies at the campfire.

Jaesali is watching for the drummer when the tent suddenly opens and the figure steps out. She is confused by her words, then eyes widen as the tentacles come toward her. She hisses as they hit.
Out of the corner of her eye she sees the drummer lumbering along. She turns and throws her javelin. Attack: 9 Damage: 3

Helena sees the lumbering drummer and uses her bonus action to switch her hunter’s mark to it, moving through the trees as she does so to stay in the dark before firing at the creature.
(I am just gonna wait to see if the Lookout is dead...)

Jaesali shakes her head, her eyes on those they plan to attack. When they move into position, she will retrieve her handaxe from the body.
"Should we try to sneak as far as we can in? Towards the fire? Otherwise, good plan."
"Sounds good." Nolla agrees, prepared to attack those around the fire.
The party advances to the edge of the forest, preparing to strike the unaware bandit camp.
A plan is created and weapons are drawn. The time to attack is nigh!
