"Yeah, there's a place, but the owner is very moody and very judgmental, so... be careful what you say and wear." She leads Mal down to a shop called "The Melted Cauldron" the shop is filled with rows of wooden shelves, with potions stacked on them. in the back of the store, behind a rotting countertop, is a green hag with long flowing silver hair, and her long nose has one of the biggest warts you ever saw on it. She grimly looks at you as you walk in "Hello, Iva." The drow says to her "Seriously, Rushell. That's what you're wearing to my store?!" Iva responds, apparently judging the apron wrapped around her, Rushell quickly takes it off in return.
"That's Mrs.Iva! *Ahem* healing potions are in shelf 1, the fresh stuff has an extra fee."
Meanwhile, back at the tavern, a drunk patron tosses a cup full of ale at Gorokum, it misses and hits the wall, but he and several other patrons cheer when it hits.
”Apologize and clean up your mess or you shall be dealt with severely.”
Magical energy begins to pulse around his hands.
The patron who threw it was a bulky dwarf with a ling red beard and hair, all combining to obscure his face. He lets out a hardy laugh "It's not my job to clean the place, so you better get to it!" He and several other patrons burst out laughing.
((Somebody please come over and Help me with this upcoming Intimidation check.))
Thoradin walked over to the dwarf and stared down at him. "I can give you a rag so you can clean it up - or I can cut that pathetic excuse for a beard off and use it instead. Your choice."
After buying the potion, Rushell leads Mal down to a row of tents, all are aligned and each have someone guarding it. Rushell walks up to a tent that looks newer than the others, she says to the guard "Hello, I'm Rushell, Valorie's sister, and this is my brother-in-law..."
Basina sees the mug come flying through the air and sees her two companions facing down with the patron. She remembers the incident with Mal in the other tavern and quickly slides down from her stool and grabs a rag. She walks around to the dwarf facing Thoraldin.
”Here you go my friend” she says holding out the rag with one hand and the other one she gently places on the hilt of the morningstar.
”My comrades are not someone you would which to disappoint my friend. We have had a rough couple of days and a dwarf with a temper is just a small inconvenience. But it would be a shame to risk damaging this lovely tavern in the process of dealing with you” she says with a mild but stern tone.

The dwarf slaps the rag out of Basina's hand "It's not my job to clean it up, pretty lady. I already wipe counters for a living, and this dwarf, what's the deal with his face."
Another patron weighs in "I don't like your face!" He punches the drunk dwarf in the face, followed by one back from the drunk dwarf. This continues on, and suddenly, the whole tavern is bar fighting.
Thoradin sighed as the fighting started. He had hoped to resolve it without violence. Not that he gave a damn about this other dwarf but the property damage in progress, plus harm inflicted on innocent bystanders, plus the fact that they were likely to be held responsible for it all, really made him want to avoid it. He raised his shield and spoke a prayer and the room quickly filled with a dense fog which made it impossible to see anything farther than your own hand.

Mal nods as Rushell advises him. He puts on his polite self as he enters the shop.
"Good morning, Ms. Iva. I was looking to buy a healing potion."

Gorokum glares at the drunk who threw the mug.
”Apologize and clean up your mess or you shall be dealt with severely.”
Magical energy begins to pulse around his hands.
Mrs. Iva. Apologies.
Mal'thrae goes to shelf one, finding a nice vial of healing potion, preferably one of the fresh ones.

You find a fresher potion in the center of the rack. It doesn't look too fresh, but it will do.

Thoradin walked over to the dwarf and stared down at him. "I can give you a rag so you can clean it up - or I can cut that pathetic excuse for a beard off and use it instead. Your choice."
Mal'thrae takes it, and brings it to the counter. "This should do nicely - how much for it?"
She examines the potion closely "That'll be 41 Gold for it."
Mal takes out the coin for it (41 gp), placing it all in a small pouch. "That should cover it."
After buying the potion, Rushell leads Mal down to a row of tents, all are aligned and each have someone guarding it. Rushell walks up to a tent that looks newer than the others, she says to the guard "Hello, I'm Rushell, Valorie's sister, and this is my brother-in-law..."
"Mal." says Mal'thrae.

The guard looks at the both of you, he scratches his ear before saying "Mmhm, state your business."
Gorokum has had enough of the drunken dwarf's insolence and holds his clenched hand up and opens his fingers.
"Fulmen ignem," he says in a loud voice.
A small, growing mote of flame appears and shapes itself into a small ball, which he then quickly flings towards the drunken dwarf who threw the mug.

"Here to visit Val; check up on her after the battle yesterday. Bought her a healing potion too, in case she needs it."

The bolt of flame hits the dwarf, knocking him unconscious. All in the meantime, a fog covers the tavern, obscuring all vision.
