Unnerved by Thadalas's fall, the party launches a fresh wave of attacks against Lorghoth, but only Sergei's blast penetrates into its body blood sprays through the air. The spectral voices once again echo through the air shouting, "One must Die! One must Die!" as you watch Lorghoth slam both of its meaty fists into Thadalas. Lorghoth lifts Thadalas over itself as its body splits down the middle. It drops Thadalas down into its unnatural maw and closes around him. You see it freeze in place as a surge of ecstasy seizes hold of it. Fresh, elven blood spurts out from its mouth as Thadalas is smashed inside of Lorghoth, and Lorghoth groans in satisfaction of consuming a fresh meal. All attacks against Lorghoth are at advantage, and melee attacks that hit are critical hits. Lorghoth automatically fails any saving throw. This weakness only lasts until it's next turn.He

Rather than elicit fear or disgust, Rudick grew only more enraged at the display. Even more so than he had so far. Even any fragments of guilt there may have been gets swallowed up in the feeling. "By the fires of the great forge! THIS. ENDS. NOW!" SHUT THE HELL UP!" Rudick barks as he brings the hammer in again for what he hoped to be a final smackdown.
Action: (Inspired)Hammer of Wonder. (Lethal, One-handed)Warhammer - Attack: 26 Damage: 11 magical bludgeoning. (If hit, but Dice doesn't show a crit, here's the crit bonus damage: 4. Total: )
Watching the gruesome scene before him, Alev is once again too terrified to speak, let alone to cast any spell. Scared out of his mind that he's next if this thing doesn't die right now, he instead joins Rudick and starts slashing at it with his claws like a cornered beast, trying to find something, anything that looks important so that he can crush it. It had worked for Skip back then with the armor...
As Lorghoth is transfixed by the savory flavors of elf, Sergei launches a blast of black power that annihilates half of its head. It stumbles for a moment as its revelry is interrupted, and Alev leaps upon its back and tears into it with his claws. It arches its back and throws off Alev with a howl of pain just as Rudick smashes it with his hammer and pulverizes its knee cap. It slumps down suddenly as its leg gives out with a sickening crunch, and Leann swings, barely misses it as it falls. Seeing a moment of weakness, Skip leaps into the fray, weapons gleaming, and severe its spine with one blow. He then runs up its back and buries his other blade up to the pommel though it's back and pierces its bloated heart. Black blood erupts from its wounds, and it moans once more as it falls to the ground dead.
Sergei’s hex lifts off the body, a sinister spidery web of runes, floating in the air and ready to attach to a new target, if necessary. He looks around, tense, wondering what other horrors the house may have in store for them.
When he's sure the thing is dead, Alev wipes his hands clean in disgust and stares at the remains.
"...I never got to ask him what happened to his ear." He says softly, referring to Thadalas. He stands there for a minute and then walks away to the exit, he's ready to leave.

You don't see anymore threats appear. After a moment of silence, you can hear the voices quietly begin again with a mocking tone, "He is The Ancient. He is the Land. He is The Ancient. He is the Land," over and over again without stop. Lucan still barely clings to life where he was set on the ground.
Rudick bowed and shook his head slowly at the mess that was now the creature once the voice started once more. "It seems... they've had their fill... And the heart that we seek... is not here." He glances over to Lucan. "He is the Ancient... He is the Land... Whoever this is the blight that must ended, for it all to end..." Without waiting for a response from the others, the Orc gingerly picked up Lucan, and turned ready to lead or follow the others to the exit. If any give him questioning looks, or again asked 'why' he didn't just end the man's suffering there, again he shook his head.
"Not here. Once we're outside."
