You'll be wanting Endrith's, out the door, turn right, all the way down to the end on the other side of the street. You can't miss it, cluttered with all sorts outside.
Dinner is served at the Helm, directly across the street from here. On account of our kitchen having....caught fire.
You arrive at the store on the edge of town, easily identifiable by the exotic clutter outside. Inside is just as cluttered, but vaguely orderly at least. Endrith is behind the counter.
Ah, hello friends. What brings you here? Supplies? Gifts? Curios?
You look like an intelligent man sir. Could I interest you in one of these fine tomes? He slides a book across the counter to Charcoal.
Charcoal recognises the Dwarven script and can tell the book is a collection of Dwarven family trees of important families. The name in the cover reads Bruldenthar.
Bruldenthar? Never heard of him. I couldn't make head nor tail of that book, don't read Dwarven. Just knew it looked fancy and travellers like yourselves often have a lot of spare cash
He winks at you, his lined face becoming a sea of wrinkles as he does so
Wait a second, weren't you all asking about a missing caravan. They were dwarves, weren't they? The fella I bought this off was pretty shady. You don't think.... ?
He was just passing through, a peddler that brings me good deals from time to time. He bought of from a shady keelboat skipper in Womford. Apparently had a dozen or so books similar to this that he was trying to sell off. My friend just bought the one with the fanciest cover. Heh heh.
Womford is South-East of here if you're inclined, bout 40 miles or so
As far as the shields go, I'd normally sell them for 10GP. For you though, how about 8? Think of it as an apology for my misunderstanding earlier; just an old man getting excited. heh heh.
I have a lot jerky and nuts I could sell you. It'll keep your feet moving, just not your bowels...
The road to Womford would skirt the Southern base of the hills. Not a route I've travelled in some time, can't really give you many more pointers than that.
Merry smiles in thanks to the priest for the information provided and gets up and rejoins the party.
Irkessa shouts over from the desk.

Rollo turns and bows in thanks, tipping his hat, then heads out the door to follow his new companions, lighting his pipe as he goes
My thanks. Come on Harls! He scoops up his maul and heads outside and down the street
Merry Blossom chases after Cole in the direction of Endrith’s.

Knowledge is always of interest to me. May I? He lifts the book to inspect it and read a few passages

Hmmm interesting. This Bruldenthar the book speaks of. You know of him?
Some health potions could come in handy I’m sure... Merry mumbles.

Oh lord that could be true! What did this shady looking fellow look like? Is he known in town?

I haven't a healing potion to sell young lady, just one that I've been taking sips from to help with my back. Nearly empty now I'm afraid.
I have lots of other things if you need anything, Lamps, mirrors, shields
Shields you say? How much? Merry asks, suddenly intrigued.
Is that in the direction of the Sumber Hills? Also do you keep a stock of travelling rations?

Rollo enquires about supplies for the group, trying to get a good price

Seems like a good place to start, what do you lot think? Cole turns to the others wanting their input before setting off
