okay, I manifest spectral wings and dash up instead of away. (mostly because there's a tidal wave). 120 feet up.
turn 2: dash up again by 120 feet
turn 3: distant dispel magic, fly 30 feet up. unless you think that you can absorb a spell cast from time stop, in which case, fly 120 feet up instead.

I always took Time Stop to end as soon as you take an action that affects someone else, which means they can take a reaction to it
