“Sure, that would be good since you are on good terms with him. We can hide out of sight until you find out what you can. I would like to see what shape the Starosta is in now, could you also have a peek in the window without alerting anyone?” Perhaps sneak a look and then speak with Henk....”. Erbert prepares to hide out of sight, wherever there is cover.
Erbert says to himself "F*&# it, I'm going to see what is going on in there." He crosses on the opposite side of Noachi and away from the sleeping Henk, looking for a window.

Henk wakes up with a start as Noachi approaches and he wipes his mouth then straightens himself up abruptly, waving shyly at the approaching elf.
"Oh, uh...hullo, Noachi. You uh, probably don't want to go in there. Mister Cathwaite found out the starosta was hiding out here and he's angrier than a wet cat. He's not too happy with you folks either. Said you let this guy slip right out from under yer noses. I think he's been in touch with the Baronness." He frowns deeply for a moment. "Say, I hope you guys don't get in too much trouble. I was hoping we'd all get to work together and be friends an' all...."
He sees Erbert sneaking around the other side of the coach and he cries out in alarm. "Hey, bud! You...you got to stay away from the farmhouse. The boss said he wasn't to be disturbed until he could deal with the starosta." He starts to stand up, looking to Noachi, a bit haplessly, not noticing the others creeping into position around him. "Listen....I...I'll be right back. I can't afford to lose this job. I can't go back to Rexxentrum."
He hops down and reaches for the whip on his hip, moving towards Erbert...
Erbert sees this transpire and stops, turns toward Henk and walks toward him casually. "Henk, we are glad that you are here. We have reason to believe that Mister Cathwaite is in danger. We were going to meet tonight after we had this all wrapped up with a bow, but we didn't know he would come here. We need to question Whisperthin, we have reason to believe that he is involved with these fires. I hope he is not harming Mr. Cathwaite if he is alone with him. Perhaps you should lead us there."

"So are we still sneaking about like some kicked in the arse minging goblins?" he asks. "Or can we just quit mincing about and go see what's what in the house?"
Hurmfar stands up and stretches and walks around to the rear of the house looking for the back door and looking in any windows as he goes.
Henk looks helplessly between Erbert and Noachi, then at the door of the house. "It has been awhile. Ah, jeez. I don't know, you guys..." His hands linger on the whip resting on his hip, and then he sighs. "All right, come on..." He leads you to the door and raps on it loudly. "Mister Cathwaite. Are you in there, sir? I have the folks you hired here and they're worried about you, sir."
"I'm perfectly fine, you dolt. Apparently Whisperthin had been tipped off I was coming. He's nowhere in sight. Send them in now. I need to speak to them about their interactions with him." He sounds imperious as ever, and more than a bit angry, but safe.
Hurmfar, as you wander around to the back, there doesn't seem to be a back door, but you do find a dirtyish window that looks into the back room of the homestead where Whisperthin once retrieved the parts Noachi used to repair the wagon. You don't see much, but you do see that the room is in much better shape than the front room that you had been in the afternoon before. It seems to be meticulously organized and fairly clean -- it had clearly once been a workshop, but now seems to be a functioning bedroom. There seems to be something (you can't quite tell what) under the bed, and there appears to be a large map of Felderwin and the Tillage above the bed.
Before anyone moves to go in, Erbert quickly sends a message to everyone except Henk “If he can disguise himself as Quentin Stump, who says he can’t disguise himself as Cathwaite?”

Erbert walks in behind Noachi, feeling like he is in his element. He is strongly suspicious of Whisperthin and feels that this is over the top even for Cathwaite. He is looking for an imposter and any hint of things being “off” about him.

Hurmfar tries opening the dirty window in the back, thinking at the very least, any noise he causes may distract anyone inside and give advantage to those going through the front door.
Erbert says as he carefully watches Cathwaite, “We were going to discuss this when we met this evening, we are still in the middle of our investigation. What do you think about that idiot Whisperthin and his incompetence? Hey, are you over your cold, any sniffles? Where to begin, so much to discuss...”

"Hmm, so we're trying to be crafty then, eh?" he says to himself quietly. He then bends low and moves into the field.
