Wil settles in for for the ride, trying to discern what kind of road they are on and what direction they are heading in (Perception 6) and shift around the wagon with the bumps, if any, it hits (Acrobatics 16)

Cade moves around only enough to make sure the chunk of wood is still on its cord around his neck, then, feeling it there, relaxes a bit. He tries to listen and see if he can overhear anything being said.
The fates be smiling on you this day. As you try to level your arms against the bindings, they suddenly slip and you are able to pull your left hand free. The captor behind grunts "Huh?" at the sound, but you quickly cover with a pained groan and you hear him settle back into his seat.

Hammond will move pull the hood off of his head. While attempting to stay quiet he will begin to cast a minor spell to call forth Mage Hand. He will then direct the spectral hand to start pulling hoods off of other captives to see if he can identify any of them.
The wagon seems to be heading in an easterly direction for now, and you have no problem rolling with the punches (so to speak) as the wagon bumps along.
Cade:
As you listen to your captors, they recant stories of other abductions they have carried out "in the name of the One."
Kina:
After a couple of slaps, he sputters and coughs, and mutters "resisting is useless, all with join the One Mind."

As you move to adjust your hood to try to see, you can tell you are alone with your captors, there are no other captives. Your captors do not seem to react to you movements as yet.

Seeing no other captives, Hammond will drop the cantrip, reaching to grip his staff as he gives up the pretense of stealth as he begins the movements needed to cast one of his few offensive spells. As he moves his hands he begins to mutter words of arcane power, calling forth the power to cast Magic Missile. He will send one of the bolts at each of the three that captured him.
Missile 1: 3
Missile 2: 4
Missile 3: 3
I wasn't sure how you want me to do the damage for that so if you wanted me to do it where I roll one die and they all suffer the same amount let me know.
Definitely has never heard of such a thing, but he does recognize that all 3 of his captors voices change ever so slightly when mentioning "the One," almost as if it was someone else's voice entirely.

"Fine, futile, whatever. Who is the One Mind and what does it want with some centaur in a backwater little town? Bear in mind I did just spare your life, but I will hurt you again if you make me." she says, stomping her hooves in warning near the man's head.
(Kina is not the most charismatic but she's going to try anyway to persuade... will she have disadvantage?)
you catch your captors off guard, and the missiles land true. One of the two up front turns around to see what is going on and falls out of the wagon and (fortunately for you, not so much for him, under its wheel), the second pulls on the reins to bring the wagon to a stop and the one in back with you scrambles to draw his scimitar before stumbling into the driver's seat as the wagon stops. OOC: separate roll per missile is perfect.

I am sad that I forgot to prepare Thunderwave... That spell would have been amazing for this.
Hammond curses to himself as he sees the scimitar being drawn, reaching for the dagger he has under his cloak as he does not want to chance being caught without his magic. With little else to do and reacting out of anxiety and fear the young half elf will attempt to throw his dagger at the one that drew the blade. "Stay back or there will be more where that spell came from!"

Kina:
He doesn't even flinch as your hoof narrowly misses his head, and continues to mutter "resisting is useless, all with join the One Mind. All will join, there is no choice. The One Mind knows all, sees all, IS all."
Wilhorn:
You manage to grab onto something in your bouncing. Seems sharp. Especially the part you grabbed. Nothing serious, but that's gonna sting for a day or two.
Bartholomew:
He rolls 11 to avoid charm.
You hear the captor behind you speak up, "Hey, I think this one finally woke up!"

Chesterfield is going to lay perfectly still, paying close attention to his sense of hearing and smell. Perhaps there are clues to his company and whereabouts he can discern without his eyes. 10 Perception
The captor takes a step toward you as the dagger flies and he stops short, clutching the hilt protruding from his throat as he collapses to his knees and over twitching on his side. The remaining captor ties off the ox lead and turns to face you drawing his scimitar.
Chesterfield:
The lack of sewage smell definitely tells you that you are not in Klaytowne any longer. Based on the sun's position and movement you are heading west, perhaps in the direction of Carlisle. Your captors smell like they need a bath, and have for more than a day or two, but there is a hint of something more, you just cannot quite place what it is.

Kina lets him down and removes his mask, if that will help him breathe. She slaps him at the face a bit.
"Hey!" she says, trying to revive him, pushing on his chest, thumping him on his stomach to try and coax him to breathe.
"Come on! Wake up!" she yells at him. She's completely let her guard down. She wasn't expecting to accidentally kill someone today!
