Kina is withholding her movement, delaying her action until she gets a better sense of how the fight will play out, though she tightens her grip on her staff, preparing to use herself as a battering ram.

Kina backs up a bit, then charges forward letting out her frustrations. She holds her staff in front of her and tries to hook it under a bugbear's hips, lifting and flipping him to knock him down (shove attempt) using her superior size (centaurs count as being large) and sheer power. Shove: 8 athletics: 10 and, using her bonus action from the charge, whips around and uses her back hooves to sweep the legs out from under the other one. Shove 2: 9 athletics: 18
((Why do I bother--4 rolls, only ONE of them over 10. D&D trying to keep busty centaurs down, man. In the past 14 d20 rolls I've made, only 3 have been above 5 and 4 have been 1's))
Apparently Kina's massive BREASTS are throwing off her balance or something cause at this point, she may as well be trying to solve everything with love and peace :P
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Cade growls and pads forward, leaving bloody bear pritns on the ground as he moves in on the final bugbear. He lets out a rumbling growl, then moves in to strike at the bugbear...

Each bugbear has a pouch of 12gp (36 gp total), and the largest one has a gold necklace wrapped around its wrist like a bracelet (value 450 gp). Each also carries a morning star. No other treasure evident.

Kina might as well be the pack mule. "I have no interest in the items or coins myself, but I have more than enough room to carry them for everyone, at least." she says, opening up her saddlebags. She herself doesn't know how to use a morning star, but she could hurl one, she supposes. She lets a morning star dangle from her belt, ready to toss.

Barnabus readjusts his pack so that he can strap the other morning star to his back. " Aye good idea. Here's the rest of the spoils. We should keep it all together till we've got time to divy it up." Barnabus says as he hands over the rest of the various treasures the group has found on the way.

Kina packs it all away, easily carrying the load in her saddlepack. At least her sheer size comes in handy for SOMETHING. "This seems awfully sparsely guarded to be a full barracks for a cult..." she murmurs. "Some creatures, a handful of guards, gnolls and bugbears... this must be some kind of outpost." she thinks out loud. "Whatever this 'One' is, it also has the ability to recognize when one of its thralls has been captured or may defect and kill them or drives them to attempt to kill themselves, so it must already know we're here."

There are several door that have not been checked, but Junior said nothing about them being used.
Three doors in the chamber where you fought the bugbears, evenly spaced on the eastern wall.
Two more doors in the chamber where you fought the gnolls, in the center and west end of south wall. The door at the east end of the south wall leads to the barracks and cistern.

Cade's voice comes into each of the group's minds, as he glances at them one-at-a-time. "I think checking the doors should be done, wouldn't want some unknown enemy laying in wait inside one of them."
Kina isn't the smartest centaur in the herd, nor has she ever really pictured herself as a leader, which is why she never ran for.... mare.
...
Please laugh.
It still makes sense to her, however, to turn back to the gnoll chamber, and check those doors, first to see if they're locked, second to take a listen to determine if she can hear on the other side and if they're silent, smash the locks off with the morning star she recovered. If there were any more hostile creatures waiting, they likely would have made themselves known from the gnolls barking. "Let's take this room by room, yeah? No sense in taking the chance of leaving survivors or more captives behind." she says. "Whoever built this castle originally must have been a sadistic bastard to have so many cells and such an extensive dungeon."

The central doors sticks at first, then opens onto a blank wall as a clanking and rattling is heard somewhere down the hallway behind you. The final door also opens onto an empty 10x10 room.
