You all wake up and check your surroundings, finding yourselves in a completely empty room. The room is approximately a 20ft cube with stone walls, no windows, and no doors. You see 3 other people you do not recognize, but before you can begin to speak to each other a disembodied voice begins to speak:
"Welcome, to my domain. Choose your path, learn from your mistakes, and fight your way out!"
As the voice finishes, you see two doors appear side by side in the previously blank wall in front of you;
78 ; 62
On one door you see an image depicting what appears to be an ordinary sword. On the other door is a depiction of a sword and a suit of armor emitting a horribly brilliant light that forces you to shield your eyes a bit. Which door do you go through? (Discuss in the OOC Thread then someone post here when a decision is made)
Standing tall, Chan ruffles his feathers and stretches as he looks towards the doors, shielding his eyes from the one on the right. Looking to his companions and gesturing towards the door with sword and shield, he says “Perhaps the bright light is a sign?”
Yuno wakes up groggily and stands, "Alright. What's this malarkey?" she says with a feminine but somewhat coarse and nasally voice. dusting her skirt she looks around at both doors and says, "Ow! The light hurts my eyes. Could be interesting checking that out though."
Appearance:
Standing 5ft 8 inches and weighing 121 lbs, Yuno looks very much like what one would expect your average everyday 19 year old girl from any town or village to look like. She wears a slightly worn brown dress with a long brown skirt that is a couple inches shorter than ankle length. She wears a worn white apron on top of the dress that is slightly off-white from age and discolorations and has a few small tears near the edges as well as the odd hole. She has long brown hair that's tied in a simple braid, fair skin and dark blue eyes. Are shoes however are thick boots of the type adventurers wear. This is one of the very few things that seems out of place given the rest of her attire.
"Perhaps," replies the stout halfling, standing not nearly as tall at a painfully average 3 feet high. "It might indicate that that door is more exciting? Higher risk, better reward?" He smiled widely. "That's just fine with me, though. I'm here to push myself, after all! That's the door I'd prefer to try out."
“We do seem to have been brought here for some purpose... though rewards aren’t what I’d envisioned.”Chan says, and starts heading towards the door. “That said... no point in wasting time eh?” As he walks he reaches out and pats Gogon and Yuno on the shoulder giving them both a feeling of a bond towards each other.
For the next 10 minutes: While any bonded creature is within 30 feet of another, the creature can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw it makes. Each creature can add the d4 no more than once per turn.

As you enter the room, you notice that the layout is the exact same as the previous room except larger. This room appears to be a 40 ft cube and in the north eastern corner you see a Medium sized Silver Dragon Wyrmling hovering. As you enter the room, the door behind you dissapears leaving you alone in the room. The dragon lets out a bloodcurling roar before giving each of you a good look and baring it's fangs.
Each of you have the chance to reposition up to 10 feet away from the center of the door (squares that you can start on will be highlighted for the first round) before combat starts.

Initiative Rolls (This is the moment that I realized that all of you have +3 Dex Modifiers XD):
Gogon's eyes narrowed as he examined the wyrmling. His first thought was to approach, but also spread out. Moving as quickly as he could, he took up his stance and prepared himself.
START: Gogon repositions to T-12 to start
MOVE: Gogon moves 25 feet to U-8 ACTION: He will Dodge as he waits for the wyrmling to descend
Yuno looks at the Wyrmling and smiles. Been a while since she killed anything. She moves up toward it with a dagger and shouts at it, "Come down here and fight like a real fighter!"

Both Gogon and Yuno charge forward towards the dragon and taunt it to come down while steadying themselves for an attack.
But the dragon's snout curls into a smile as it looks towards the pair that is still by the door. The smile shifts to a snarl and it folds its wings up as it dives across the room and lands right in front of Chan before unleashing a torrent of (1) freezing cold gas that causes the muscles in both Chan and Sythm's body to lock up.
(I am going to roll saving throws for each of you if they are required on an enemy's turn to keep the game moving and prevent us from waiting hours for a single roll... Let me know if you REALLY want to roll your own saving throws and we can talk it out.)
Chan: 4 Sythm: 10
Both Chan and Sythm feel their entire body freeze as their muscles lock in a tense position. Both Sythm and Chan are paralyzed and can make another saving throw at the end of their turns.
As the dragon watches his prey freeze, he turns his head back to the other two almost as if to say 'I came down... what are you gonna do about it?'
Sythm and Chan are up next... both can make a Constitution Saving Throw at the end of each of their turns to shake off the paralysis.

Gogon uttered a halfling curse--one of the few there were--and ran back to the others. "Sneaky bastard!" he thought, as he realized this ordeal might be tougher than he had realized.
Just reaching the creature, he let out a yell as he spun and jumped into the air, attempting to strike the wyrmling with a kick. He then landed, and used his momentum to continue spinning into a backfist before finally returning to a ready stance.
MOVE: Run back 25 feet to S-11 ACTION:Attack the wyrmling with unarmed strike - Attack Roll: 23, Damage incl. crit - 4 BONUS: Use Martial Arts for a secondary unarmed attack on the wyrmling - Attack Roll: 16, Damage incl. crit - 7
The Wyrmling whips its tail around to block the kick but as Gogon spins, the Wyrmling is caught completely off-guard as Gogon's fist sinks solidly into the soft underbelly of the dragon. The Wyrmling lets out a horrific screech as it turns to face its new attacker.
Yuno is up next!

Yuno watched the dragon fly away and breathe chilling breath. She quips, "Why you gotta be so cold? AHAHAHAHAH" Laughing like a maniac, she charges the dragon with her dagger.

Sorry to cut you short, but I need to go and I want to at least give you an extra round before you get stuck with my turn.
So, unless the effect somehow wares off in the dragon's turn/I die or smth, con save: 3
Also, if I fail, you can bot my turns to keep trying the save (as there's nothing else a paralyzed creature can do) until I succeed/the effect ends somehow.

Alright... Last time...
Breath Weapon Recharge: 5
The dragon moves around Gogon (Chan and Yuno get OA if they want) and unleashes a breath of (1) frosty white ice shards at as many of the group that he can catch. He then flies even farther back to his corner and goes 20 feet into the air (Gogon gets an OA if he wants and is still alive).
Constitution Saves against 24 cold damage:
Gogon: 11 Yuno: 15 Chan: 7
I will update more in my next post because I am not messing with this one now that it has dice rolls...

Well, being paralyzed doesn't offer many options.

PbP 🎲: Tyekanik; Moneo Noree; Korba Muris; & occasional DM:
Sythm tries with all her/his (?) might to free themselves from the cold tension that is preventing their muscles from moving but to no avail.
Meanwhile, Chan flexes his wings and the tension in his body releases itself, to the dragon's surprise.
