Gogon's spear slams into the side of the flamewrath eliciting a growl of pain but the growl quickly fades into a sigh and it seems that the creature is almost pleased by the sensation of pain that the spear inflicted. As a burst of chilling energy springs into existence out of Gogon's mouth showering the creature, with frost, the flames around its feet seem to rise up and absorb some of the chilling energy. He also manages to nimbly step to the side to avoid the brunt of the frost. As Yuno charges forward to engage the flaming man, he deftly sidesteps her first blow, and her second rapier is barely deflected as it bounces off of some kind of magical armor. From nowhere, a crossbow bolt, aimed true by Sythm slams into the creature's arm causing it to let out a scream. But as blood begins to pour out of the wound, the scream turns to laughter, and the human forcefully pulls the crossbow bolt out of his arm and raises both of his hands saying, "I embrace the pain. It is time for you to embrace the flame." With that, he thinks for a moment, as if calculating something, and points his finger towards the back of the room directly in front of Sythm. A small bead of fire alights at the tip of his finger and flies towards the door, landing on the ground in front of Sythm. You all have barely a moment to register this as the bead erupts into flames that quickly explode outwards engulfing not just Chan and Sythm, but even crossing the flames and singing Gogon and blasting into Yuno's back. The flames stop just before the creature and he smiles at the warmth and says, "Do you feel the burn?"

As the fireball explodes into your face, Gogon manages to avoid the brunt of the flames, but in his weakened state, he still succumbs to the fire. Chan, Sythm, and Yuno are all blasted hard and don't even have a moment to react to tumble out of the way. As the flames lick up across you the flamewrath still stands before you grinning.
Chan is up next! (Although the party may queue their turns!)
(OOC: That was insanely unlucky... The one person who would have fallen unconscious from the spell regardless succeeded and everybody else rolled absolutely horribly with a 2, 2, and 1!)

"Spread out!" Sythm calls as he rolls away from Chan and, getting up, continues to run towards the corner of the room. Then, he shoots a bolt at the enemy, spending a moment to take a breather instead of aiming carefully.

Chan quickly pats the flames off himself dashing to the side. Calling out to his, again, fallen friend to get up ((10)) as he runs. He then stops, and looks back to the enemy, points at him as a mental Toll sounds off in his head.
Chan's toll sounds loudly in the mind of this creature and it winces in pain. Chan's blast of healing also connects with Gogon and the monk comes back to consciousness with a jerk.
(OOC: Gogon rolled a death save for his turn, but he would be conscious by the time it came around. When @Rod updates with Gogon's turn... I'll continue, with the rest of the party's turns after that.)

Eyes flying open, Gogon quickly rolled to his feet, by now being used to being healed from the brink. Not that he enjoyed it any more. "Let's play," he growled, as his hand fished for his darts. Racing into position, he launched the missiles at his opponent, then readied himself.

Both of Gogon's darts pierce the flamewrath's armor and sink into the human's skin causing it to cackle with pleasure again. However, both of Yuno's first two strikes also connect, and although the fire around his feet leaps up and strikes back out at Yuno causing her to nearly burning to death, he looks heavily injured. The flames from Yuno's flaming rapier seem to affect him, but not quite as much as you would have hoped. At this point, out of the flames to the south, a crossbow bolt comes flying in and slams into the flamewrath's throat. With a gurgle, the man's eyes go wide as he realizes his fate is sealed. Sythm stares through the flames far from the fight and watches as the flamewrath falls to one knee and clutching his throat with one hand, raises his other hand and coughs up his last words, "I die by flames." With that, a familiar bead of flames leaps out of his finger and careens forward slamming into Gogon and exploding to affect everyone except for Sythm. The flamewrath's body explodes into flames (OOC: He had 1HP left...) as he withers away.

Unfortunately, even with Gogon and Yuno managing to avoid the brunt of the blast they also fall to the ground, unconscious. Chan, also unable to avoid the blast also falls. The body of the flamewrath is incinerated, but at what cost.
With a miracle, as soon as the flames fade out, Chan lets out a cough and rolls over on the ground barely hanging on to his consciousness as he rises again with 1HP.
(OOC: If Gogon and/or Yuno are healed before their turns, then their death saves will be ignored.)

Chan quickly runs to his closest companion (Gogon) and places a hand on him to ensure he doesn't fade from our world. Taking a breath, he then dashes over to Yuno to do the same. He then falls to his knees as he clutches his chest in pain waiting for the room to fade around him as it always does when the enemy falls.

Chan is able to stabilize Gogon before anything can happen and then immediately rushes over to stabilize Yuno. With the enemy vanquished and the party all conscious, 7 pillars rise up from the ground each holding a magic item.
Rising up slowly to his feet, Chan takes some time and raises his shield which shines brightly giving the others much needed strength while he waits for them to catch their breaths.

As you are choosing, the three doors that you have now come to expect are accompanied by a familiar fourth door.
98 ; 98 ; 83
The door on the far left has an image of a hand. However, you can barely even make out the image of the hand as the door is glowing three times the brilliance of any other door that you have seen to this point including the long rest and level-up doors. The hand is a corrupted hand and anyone can make an Arcana or Religion check to attempt to identify it. That door isn't the only shock though as the door on the far right has an image of a bed with a brilliant glow as well. The glow is very bright and signifies fits more with a long rest than a short one. Speaking of a short rest, the door in the center-right has an image of a bed as well. This door, however, is glowing substantially less bright than all of the other doors and signifies what you now recognize as a short rest. Finally, the door on the center-left has a familiar four-pointed star that you all know signifies a boss and a potential level-up.
"Choose your fate!"
Doors (Left to Right): Brilliant Glow Level Up Short Rest Long Rest
As you enter the door on the far right, the layout of the room is familiar, but in the back of the room is a massive giant holding a greatsword. His flaming hair and beard outline his dark skin and he grins as you enter the room. Towering well above all of you and his head almost bumping the ceiling, he swings his sword around to point at you he lets out a battle roar.
