'Alright, I think we've satisfied ourselves that this floor of the Manor is empty and secure. We need to secure the kitchen, but I think we're ready to push down and through the caverns to finalize the mystery of this haunted house.' Blade out, the rogue makes his way back down the stairs, careful to avoid any rotting boards and pauses at the head of the stairway leading into the kitchen to make sure the rest of the party has formed up in fighting order behind him.
Wilmot follows, ready to get out of the upper floor and its groaning floors. The firbolg was not light of foot and had no aspirations of falling to his death because of one misstep. There were plenty of other ways to get himself killed without a legacy of "he fell through the floor." Not so light of foot as the rogue or half-elf, the towering cleric gently guides the paladin and tiefling between himself and the rogue before following. "Let us find our destiny, friends. And let us be done with this horrid place."

Klaus bristles with alert agitation, “My relative inexperience notwithstanding, I am better suited to rooting out evil than perusing moldy laundry.” He draws his sword and salutes Wilmot, moving in the suggested marching order.
This kitchen is dirty and damp, with patches of gray mold and cobwebs on the floor, walls, and ceiling. In the southwest corner is some iron cooking equipment with a chimney above. Next to it, under the window, is a cracked and discolored stone sink. To the right of the sink, a small, closed wooden cupboard is fixed to the wall about five feet above floor level. Against the far wall, a flight of wooden stairs leads upward from west to east; the woodwork of the staircase is decayed, and a few of the treads are missing.
Zmeya turns to the group, satisfied at the inspection of the house. "Doesn't look like whatever the issue is lies in the house. Shall we continue on below?"
This cavern, like the passage leading to it, is well lit by torches held in simple iron brackets around the walls. You can see five small bolts of cloth stacked against the wall to your left, and to your right are eight small casks in a neat row.
Go ahead and make those stealth checks for me, pwease.
"Hey, don't talk about my....oh, you mean the one's in the corner." Archibald sends the mage hand over to get the sacks.
Archibald's sacks contain old clothing and rags. Gross.
"Anyone want any old clothes or rags? Anyone? No takers? Ok." Archibald takes an old rag.

Archibald follows, staying toward the back of the group.

AREA 9 - KITCHEN
“Yes! Back into the cavern below! I wish to be rid of this place and get back to the warm fire of the tavern.”
Archibald starts to head toward the room with the secret door.
AREA 27 - STORAGE CAVERN
This cavern, like the passage leading to it, is well lit by torches held in simple iron brackets around the walls. You can see five small bolts of cloth stacked against the wall to your left, and to your right are eight small casks in a neat row.
