Following in the cleric's footsteps, Gracy first translates his question into Draconic and then whispers to Wilmot 'Got anything to help feed the hungry here Padre?'
"Huh?" Wilmot turns to Gracy before chuckling. "Oh no, dear friend. I'm not that kind of priest. Well, not today anyways. Maybe with some prayers overnight or such. My deity prefers I be ready for action, not feasting." He pauses checking out the fare. "Well, not that I'm against feasting." He pats his belly.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Archibald looks down and asks in Draconic, "Would you like to see a trick?" Archibald gives a slight grin at the children and pulls out the set of fine dice he took from the smuggler Wizard. Well what appear to be the dice. He will actually use prestidigitation to create the illusion of dice in his hand. He holds them both in his right hand, palm up and open. Left hand palm is also up and open. He closes both hands into un threatening fists. He then begins to moves his hands slowly in in a figure 8 pattern, up and down, side to side, apart and then together increasing speed. Watching the children's eyes follow his hands, he suddenly stops. He gestures with his eyes to the left and right as if asking the lizard children to pick where the dice are hidden.
(During the magic trick, Archibald has made the trinket illusion disappear and both hands are now empty).

Wilmot: It's sage, they reply. The lizardfolk stop what they're doing for a moment and study you guys over. Then, they resume working, making sure you're not taking samples just yet. Tonight's feast is in about an hour.
Archibald: Despite the fact you either horribly messed up the trick, or pulled it off brilliantly, the lizardtoddlers are nevertheless completely enthralled by your trick. They make more adorable sounds and are now following you. All the time. Everywhere.
TEMPLE:The lizardchildren both follow you. They're literally adorable. Sweet perfume hangs in the air of this place of worship. At the far end, a lizardfolk crouches before a stone altar. To each side of the altar are small lit burners while, at its center, a candelabrum holds four lit candles. Above the altar, the south wall is decorated with a marine fresco of a lizardfolk warrior brandishing a club. Blue and green drapes cover the east and west walls.
'Ahh, that makes sense my friend, took a shot in the dark, seems like we need to do this the hard way.' Gracy senses the urgency of the LIzardmen and decides that pitching in here is his best option. He dives in, helping to set tables and prep food in advance of the shared meal.
Hiramat approaches the fresco of the warrior, studying it intently, perhaps this is some great hero of myth. He does not want to disturb the lizardfolk before the alter, but is hopeful he will come over to him to tell him the story of this great warrior.
The singular shaman here is in deep meditation by the altar. If he senses your presence, he does not make it known. It's not that he's being rude, he's having a deep spiritual moment right now. The two lizardfolk toddlers wander off in the room and begin play wrestling with each other.
The lizardfolk in the banquet room stare at you all for a moment while Gracy begins to help. They reluctantly let you. They don't seem to trust you completely yet, but do not act in a hostile manner.
Zmeya, the Yuan-Ti she is, is incapable of feeling emotion. She views those Lizardfolk toddlers as an advantage to their goals; the Lizardfolk would certainly take kindly to having folks babysit their children for a little while. Her player, however, wants nothing more but to hug those little things.
"I don't think it is a good time," Zmeya says to Archie & Hiramat. "Next room?"
Klaus pulls out some of the dried meat from his rations and offers it to the lizardfolk as his contribution to the feast.
"Thou shalt not attend a feast empty-handed" says Klaus, his hands cupped and head bowed as he offers the rations. "One of my orders most important edicts."
Klaus replies: "Her majesty, your queen, has allowed us to be here to assist in forming an alliance with the mutual enemies of the sahuagin. With your permission, we would train with you and exchange information, techniques, and tactics for fighting the sahuagin. My friends and I are not useless in a fight, even against an underwater foe, rest assured."
Archibald, impressed by Klaus's speech, let's him take the lead. He hold back in a non threatening manner. He looks side to side so the fire light catches some of the red tint hidden in his ancestral skin. (Just RPing some to give Klaus advantage on any talking based rolls)
"I understand." the lizardman says, "Perhaps you will dine with us when the time arrives and we can learn from one another." he offers. "Does that sound acceptable?"
“Indeed, it is more than acceptable. My friends and I would like to know our allies better and share food and knowledge with your people. It is our sincere desire to join you in defeating a foe common to our peoples.”
Wilmot puffs on his pipe, half-listening to the banter between his allies and the others. He would chime in but knows that his lack of focus on such matters and general dislike of diplomacy keeps him quiet. "Lots of talk with nothing really said...that's what diplomacy is," he thinks to himself, tapping the residue from his pipe. The towering cleric notes Gracy's attention toward the exit, laying a hand on Klaus's shoulder. "Shall we then?" he asks, nodding to move on.

(Oh lord I hope someone helps...lol)

Before they leave the area, Archie gives each of them one of the real die.
With lizard children in tow we head to area 12.
Archibald, Zmeya, and Hiramat are in Room 12:
TEMPLE: The lizardchildren both follow you. They're literally adorable. Sweet perfume hangs in the air of this place of worship. At the far end, a lizardfolk crouches before a stone altar. To each side of the altar are small lit burners while, at its center, a candelabrum holds four lit candles. Her player, however, wants nothing more but to hug those little things.
"I don't think it is a good time," Zmeya says to Archie & Hiramat. "Next room?"
Gracy strikes up a conversation in perfectly accented Draconic with the lizardmen as he works 'Fo lus Fur Mah?' (what are we preparing for?)
"Dinner!" one of them responds.
Klaus pulls out some of the dried meat from his rations and offers it to the lizardfolk as his contribution to the feast.
"Thou shalt not attend a feast empty-handed" says Klaus, his hands cupped and head bowed as he offers the rations. "One of my orders most important edicts."
The lizardfolk cooks look at the offering as politely as he can, nods, and returns to his duties.
"Why are you here?" Another one asks, in general.
Klaus replies: "Her majesty, your queen, has allowed us to be here to assist in forming an alliance with the mutual enemies of the sahuagin. With your permission, we would train with you and exchange information, techniques, and tactics for fighting the sahuagin.
