Carric stands at the rope for a minute, but backs away once he sees Lattimer starting to climb with the aid of the other crew. He pulls a small piece of cured leather from his pouch and runs it slowly down from his forehead to the center of his chest, quietly murmuring in Elvish (( Casting Mage armor )). After the light green energy covers him, Carric draws his rapier, and begins a slow, but very resonant hum.
Lattimer clambers aboard with Duah in tow. "Live, brother, another day! 's a precious gift. But, we're not quite at safe harbor yet..." Realizing the gravity of the situation due to the incursion after the crew's actions, if he makes it up top, Lattimer would spin around on reaching the deck and readies himself in case one of the creatures comes up right behind him - intending to shove it back into the water should it do so.

(Hi all. Sorry about the tardiness. I've not been feeling well - temperature between 34.3c and 35.6c (93.7f - 96.0f). I should get a more creative description once I am better.)
Wyldfyre - Initiative 11, Firebolt HR 22 (15), DR 3
Snigbovlin - Initiative 10, Attack HR 21, DR 5, 2nd Attack HR 10, miss
Lattimer - Initiative 10, Athletics 20, Shove 14
Carric - Initiative 6, Mage Armor
Four Sahuagin have boarded the ship, two on the port side near the forcastle stairs, two on the starboard side of the same. Lattimer successfully pulls Duah out of the water onto the deck as three sharks begin to circle the waters around the ship. It continues storming. The one Sahuagin successfully saves from Nattons magical attack. Even through the rain, Wyldfyres firebolt strikes its target, injuring it. Snigbovolin hits with his first strike, but misses the second. Lattimer manages to knock one of the creatures back into the water, leaving only three aboard.
(OOC: Was getting worried about you. Hope you are back up to par soon!)
With the threat becoming ever more real, Wyldfyre pushes away from the railing toward the cargo secured near the middle of the deck. (DEX save for movement 10 if necessary.) In the process, she brings both arms up, outstretched in front of her, heels of her hands pressed together, fingers pointing forward in a cup-like formation, as the Tides of Chaos wash over her and as her godfather's voice rages in her mind "BURN THEM." She begins her chant for Witchfire "Pythonissam IGNIS" bringing forth a burst of red/orange flame streaking towards the closest creature. Attack: 15 Damage: 4
((ooc I'm sorry to hear that man, take your time and get better. also do you allow the casting of multiple spells in a round?? I have a bonus action spell and a regular action spell I'd like to do, and one of them is a cantrip))
Natton growls in frustration as his magic fails to take hold of the sahuagin. He begins strumming an inspiring song with a strong rhythm. His mind takes hold of the harmonies spinning through the air and imbued them with magic. His magic floats over to Lattimer and infuses him with courage
BA: Bardic Inspiration to Lattimer
After that, he charges towards the two fish room on the side with less people as his song he is playing approaches a climax. As he arrives in front of them, he strikes a chord that transforms into thunder. The rain falling through the air forms an expanding cube for a a moment as thunderous energy erupts from Natton's lute.
Action: cast Thunderwave. DC 14 Strength Saving Throw or be pushed 15 feet back (hoping to knock them back into the ocean) and take 8 points of thunder damage. Half damage on successful save.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: No worries, take the time you need to convalesce!)
Lattimer feels unusually euphoric on helping rescue Duah, and dropping one of the hostiles temporarily back into the water. He then realizes the magical, unnatural nature of the surge of confidence - originating from Natton's harmonic rhythm. He nods in respect, then clenches his fists. "Looks like the ol' ways gonna come in handy!" He rushes bodily into the fray, slugging at the nearest hostile with a signature one-two punch technique that always proved handy back in the Syndicate.

((also do you allow the casting of multiple spells in a round?? I have a bonus action spell and a regular action spell I'd like to do, and one of them is a cantrip)) - (I do, if the spell is able to be cast as a bonus, and the other spell is not a full round action)
The Sahuagin that was nocked overboard recovers itself and begins climbing the port side of the ship. It makes its way above the railing. The other one on the port side goes to attack Wyldfyre, throwing its spear towards her legs (ATK 15, Damage 7).
Natton - Initiative 19 (Inspiration to Lattimer), Thunderwave STR 14 (starboard side) - target1 save 12, target2 save 9
Natton blasts out a thunderous blast that knocks aside the water and rain from the starboard side of the boat for a moment. There is a calming pause before the next wave of water strikes the side of the ship.
Wyldfyres streak of red flames strikes her target in the stomach. The creature doubles over as the salt water sizzles off its body. It drops to the deck, dead.
Snigbovlin - Initiative 10, Bonfire DEX 14, target1 save 8
Turning his attention to the two remaining Sahuagin on the starboard side of the deck, Snigbovlin conjures a bonfire at the feet of one of the creatures.
Lattimer confronts the Sahuagin that has risen back from the water. He strikes it twice, landing a solid blow to the creatures stomach then a second one to its head. The creature staggers back against the rail, weakened but still on its feet.
Carric - Initiative 6, (Mage Armor)
(I don't see Carric's action, but we can start the next round. I will edit shortly to accommodate save roll results). The three sharks continue circling the boat, but with less enthusiasm than before. The sailors cheer over the dead enemies through the rains. Captain Harkness pipes up "it might not be over yet, keep an eye on the sea".
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With a yelp of pain, Wyldfyre looks for another open target, and points the palm of her right hand in their direction with a whispered "Fulmen Ignis," launches another Fire Bolt, Attack: 19 Damage: 9.
(OOC: does the cargo provide her any cover against the previous attack? If not then:)
She looks down at the wound on her leg and if the spear looks like it can be easily removed without causing further damage, she will attempt to remove it, otherwise she will watch the remaining creatures and maintain as much cover from any further attacks behind the cargo crates
(OOC: if she did have any cover from the cargo, then the attack missed, so:)
She watches for available targets and tries to maintain as much cover behind the cargo as possible.

"Afraid I can't punch *that* far," jokes Lattimer in reply to the captain pointing out dangers still in the sea. The sahuagin in front of him, though, is another story, and he focuses his energies there - shifting to another target if it falls.
The boarders temporarily repelled as Nattons thunderwave blasts his two targets off the boat, dead by the time they hit the water. The red witchfire of Wyldfyre crackles over the third Sahuagins dead body. The fourth drops ablaze in the bonfire that sparked onto the deck, shortly after its thrown spear strikes the secured cargo box. The heavy rain and crashing waves prevent the fires from spreading beyond their targets.
(The secured cargo would provide 1/2 cover, so +2 AC. It should be enough to prevent the spear from striking Wyldfyre)
Without a target to strike, Carric, Lattimer, Snigbovlin, and Natton each prepare for the next wave of attacks.
After a few tense seconds, the water pelting the face of everyone on the main deck, one of the sailors on the forecastle cries out "there be more a boardin', man the rails!". On the port side forecastle two Sahuagin climb over the railing, spears in hand. Two more do the same on the starboard railing on the forecastle.
(This should begin a new section of combat, so a new initiative roll on the next combat round) (Ranged attacks prepared in advance will trigger as part of the previous round)
Wyldfyre: Attack 19, Damage 9
As the next Sahuagin climbs over the rail on the port side, Wyldfyre lances out a firebolt in its direction. The shot strikes the creature in the arm as it swings over the rail. It growls in pain, but continues forward.

He will move as necessary to target the spell, but hang back out of melee this round.

He wonders aloud as he rushes up to pummel the nearest one, positioning himself as much as possible to interdict the advance of any more.
Addendum: IF the one Laittimer targets failed faerie fire save, those would be with adv, so: 1st attack: 17 2nd attack: 23 2nd Addendum: Lattimer was actually already inspired by Natton, but for continuity I'll use up the earlier one on his first attack.
