If the enemy collapses to the ground, he runs across the room, and looks up the north corridor. If no-one is there, he continues west. If there is anyone visible, he calls out what he sees, and on west to take cover.
You hear bone shattering as the first lance of blackish purple energy slams into the man's ribcage. A second later a sickening crunch as the next beam hits them square in the face, and they crumple to the ground.
((Kal and Syl would have seen earlier that one of the western passageways just turns into a staircase leading upwards, but Silthras now also sees this.))
In addition he would see an open room lit by torchlight to the north. He doesn't see anyone in the room. To the left of that entryway is a closed door.

Usul's bolt flies through the air, and you see it nick the robed man's neck. He briefly goes down to one knee, hand on his bleeding neck, and you think he might fall. But instead he shakily stands back up. The two look at each other, and then flee down the same hallway the other woman had used earlier.
Silthras and Kal would then hear footsteps running against stone from the room to the north, but neither are positioned to see into the room now to know exactly where they are.

There is a moment of hesitation for Loghain, where he isn't quite sure how this new group he has joined would handle a pursuit into unknown hostile territory. The moment passes quickly however, and he darts around the conjured weapon, slipping past Velyra and dashing after the men who ran down the hall.
I know moving through an allies space is difficult terrain. So however far he can get with Dash and his movement.
Kal sees one of the robed figures at the end of the room, while Loghain is able to dash into the hallway the others escaped down. He can't quite see around the corner yet though.

As he sees the figure Kal pivots in his heel, moving towards them instead. A foreign word comes unbidden from his lips as he raises the point of his sword. A light blue beam of frost streaks from the blade towards him.
The ray of cold flies through the air, zipping past the target's head and breaking against the stone wall behind him. A moment later Kal sees the pale woman burst from the hallway to the right, she slides to a stop next to the others. She sneers at the knight, and the tip of the staff begins to glow with a blue light. She seems to draw the power away with her hand, slashing her hand towards the ground, and two 10-foot panels of ice grow from the floor to the ceiling, boxing her and her companions in.
The icy walls aren't entirely opaque - you can still somewhat make out movement behind them, but you can't see all the way through.

"Through here!" Sylnora yells back to the others while she follows Kal's lead, slipping past him in the hallway and moving to the side to get into the room. She mumbles a curse as she quickly assesses the wall, brining up a fiery hand to throw a Fire Bolt at the panel in front of her.
Velyra hears Syl calling from the other room while she watches their new companion dash off down the other hall. Hoping he's capable of handling himself wherever he ends up, she turns and heads into the western room, using Dash to get as far as she can to follow her friends.
Silthras moves east, trying to catch sight of what it is that the others are chasing. He shops as he sees Syls flames begin to melt the ice, and begins a low chant. Raising his right hand, flames begin to erupt on the ground below where Syl's bolt hit.
Create Bonfire Dex save 16 or take 8 damage, a further 2d8 damage each time the wall ends its turn(?) in the fire, lol
The bonfire completely melts the rest of the wall, revealing the cultists once again. However, you notice that even as the bonfire burns, a frigid fog hangs in the air where the wall once was.

Usul quickly dashes over towards F11 where he camps down and aims his crossbow towards the icy block, ready to loose a bolt should any of the foes appear.

As the ice reveals the cultists, Silthras fingers become rigid, and thrust upwards, grasping from below as a massive hand formed of earth appears southwest of the strange female cultist. Silthras then move east and out of her line of sight.
Quicken Spell Maximilian’s Earthen Grasp on blue-lady, DC 16 STR save or become restrained and take 9 bludgeoning damage.

You hear him scream in pain as he rights himself, breaking off the shaft of the bolt. He draws ragged breaths now, and you can tell he is just barely standing.
