As the unconscious body of the advisor is dropped into the cell, Usul quietly points to a corner under any hay or blanket or anything that a small creature could hide under, and Dib pops into appearance there curling up to hide so that Usul can observe later.

Kal raises his brow at the question before shaking his head. "No. He had an escort, though they were nothing like an imperial soldier I've seen. Crow masks. Bald. And their tongues cut out." He looks inside the cell at Calmaius, "They went down easier than expected to be honest. Perhaps we were lucky."Gesturing towards Velyra, he continues, "Our companion here is confident in her ability to force the man to confess if she's allowed a rest until morning. I was thinking you might let us have a go at interrogating him, we have some questions of our own."
Silthras cocks and eyebrow at the knight, then turns to the baroness, "We may have a variety of ways to illicit a useful response...but we would also need to know the questions that you would like answered."
The holding cell is incredibly bare, a bucket for prisoners to relief themselves in, and a pile of rags that might serve as a bed. Tiny little Dib is able to hide within them, so well in fact that you even have trouble spotting him!
Lady Anet tears her eyes away from the unconscious man to look at Kal and Silthras. "I've not seen anyone like that before, though it doesn't surprise me he had unknown allies." She glances over to Velyra next, considering her for a moment before nodding. "I want to know where my son is, who this bastard took orders from, and if the High King is involved." With a final hateful glare at Calmaius, she nods to her two guards, who move to post up on either side of the man's cell, then begins to leave the way you came. "You're still staying here tonight. I want you close if anything goes wrong until the morning." She says, motioning for you to follow. "And not a word of what you've seen to anyone, anyone outside these walls. Word getting out that I'm detaining the High King's men would start something of a diplomatic incident."
"Hah. We know how to deal with mages. He'll be lucky if we don't break his hands and be done with it." The Baroness says as you come back up the stairs, onto ground level. "As it currently stands, with Calmaius now in our hands, every single imperial stationed here has been imprisoned " With a scowl, she continues. "But we have no way of identifying any spies or anyone else working for him, such as the two you encountered on the road. Until we can interrogate him."
Both the aide and one her soldiers approaches, whispering something to her. With a nod, she waves the soldier away. "Allen can show you to your rooms when you're ready. We'll begin early in the morning. I want this over with." With that she turns and begins to walk away, following in the footsteps of the soldier she'd spoken with briefly. Her aide, Allen, awaits your next move quietly.
Anything else you want to do, now is the time. Or you can just turn in for the night.
Usul is ready to turn in for the night and enjoy the luxuries of the Keep, as well as to snuggle up with Muad on what must be the biggest and softest bed he will have ever slept in. Though he will want to pop into Dib a couple times in the night just to ensure that the captive is still alive and ‘safe.’
After seeing where their rooms are, Velyra turns in early as possible for the night, sitting on the floor to meditate on the day, going over in her mind the list of magics she'll need for the morrow. Since she rises earlier than the others, she'll go back down to the jail/dungeon(if she's allowed to)) to watch over their prisoner until the others wake.
I think Velyra was going straight into her LR. For Silthras, let me know what kind of information you're looking for in the books and we'll go from there.
The rooms you're given aren't as lavish as you might expect considering their location, but they're still a step above what you've been sleeping in at the Topaz Hammer. For Velyra, the sun is still far below the horizon when she leaves her meditation, and will be for some time. The castle is silent as you move through it, back down the stairs. At hallways and where the stairwell exits onto the other floors you see sentries posted, but none of them pay you any mind. After you descend down into the dungeon and approach the locked door, a guard wordlessly opens it for you. It would be appear the Baroness has put much faith in you all - and passed that onto those loyal to her.
Calmaius is still in his cell where you all left him. His hands bound behind his back, and a hood over his head. He's leaning up against the far wall of the cell, and by the steady breaths he's taking you presume he's asleep. He stirs a few times over the next four hours, but otherwise the time is uneventful.
Eventually, dawn approaches and the others are gathered from their rooms as they wake. They meet the Lady Anet with a few of her guards on the way down. The advisor woken roughly as he's removed from his cell, and moved further down to the hall to a room with much more space. Looking around, you can see tools of torture. An interrogation room.
The Baroness turns to Velyra with an inquisitive eyebrow raised. "Time to see if your methods will work. If not, we have our own."
Velyra nods, "put him over there where I have some space." She says, pointing to an empty part of the room, once that's done, she'll ask for his hood and gag to be removed. "I'm going to say this to you once. We can take as many days as we like to get answers out of you. I will get them eventually, you won't be able to resist the magic forever. So make this easier on yourself, and just answer the questions."
Incantations fall from her lips as she draws a symbol in the air towards, casting Bane. If it doesn't take she'll try once before putting a Zone of Truth at his feet. Turning to the Baroness, or any others, "now ask your questions." Once they have, she'll to him and command him, "answer."
Kal gives a look to the Baroness, then back to their prisoner. "We'll start with what she wants to know." He moves closer to Calmaius, looking him in the eye. "Where are you hiding Lady Anet's son?" If Velyra's command spell didn't take, he'll flare his own magic to compel the man to answer.
Flashes of light and arcane symbols fill the room as Velyra layers on her magical effects. Calmaius snarls through it all, putting on a face of defiance. He sneers as her first Command spell fails - which quickly fades as Kal lays down his own. The man's face turns red with strain as he tries to resist the spell, before the words come spilling out of his mouth. "Red Keep Ruins." He gasps, finally giving in to the effect.
There is a flicker of emotion across the Baroness face, and she motions to one of the guards in the room with a finger. He quickly leaves. "Is the High King part of this conspiracy?"

Command- 5 - 3 Failed
The hateful glare turns pained as your companion issues another spell-reinforced command, while Calmaius tries pointlessly to resist. "I -" the words are cut short and he clamps his mouth shut in one final act of defiance before they spill forth. "I don't know!"
Oddly enough, the Baroness seems unsurprised by this. If no one else in your group has a question to ask, she continues..."Who do you take orders from?"

Kal looks the man in the eyes, stepping closer. "Your best scenario here is that she shows you some kind of mercy for your cooperation. I can do this all day, all week if that's what it takes. Are you ready to answer the questions without compulsion?"
Intimidation: 9
And if it doesn't work, he'll burn another slot for command, "ANSWER."

my spell DC is 15.
Zone of Truth - 18 - 3 FAILED
Command - 18 - 2 SUCCESS
Command - 19 - 4 FAILED

Kal looks to the advisor again, once more commanding him to "answer."
Command - 21 - 4 Success
This time, the bald man remains defiant as he resists the command spell, glaring at the Baroness hatefully.
Kal lets out a sigh, putting more force in his force as he once again commands the man to "answer!"
