Your pleas seem to fall on deaf ears as she continues forward. As you release your arrow it flies true and sinks into her left thigh.
She yells in pain and extends her hand over her shoulder and you see a glow from her hand and the street is suddenly filled with a very thick cloud of fog (Fog cloud) obscuring her and the kobolds from your view.
Nikolas Its your go (what you see is what you remember from before the fog cloud)
(Just a reminder the green area on the map is rough terrain and will cost you double movement, if you want to dash in still its up to you, you will make it about halfway into the fog cloud)
(Loran you can drop concentration on your turn to end the entangle spell if you'd like)
(The spell makes the terrain difficult to traverse reducing speed to half. Dashing will get you into the cloud but then the rest of your movement is halved.)
You all watch as Nikolas with a battle cry runs after your foes into the thick cloud and dissapears
Nikolas, the cloud envelops you and your vision only extends a few feet out from you. In the furthest reaches of your sight you can barely make a few dark shapes, but that's it.
Is the goliath gone? I'd like to move into the cloud and try to tie the kobolds up.
(Excellent point, I had forgotten they were ensured by the spell. Ill roll the saves for them now)
Spell DC 14
Had some ****ery with my previous post
Kobold 1 rolled a 11 STR save
Kobold 2 rolled a 1 STR save
both failed
You have lost sight of the goliath, you're not sure where she is at the moment.
As you move into the fog you only make it a short way into the cloud before you encounter the difficult terrain. You can just make out the back of your friend Nikolas. you can't quite make it to where you remember the kobolds were last. If you'd like you can use your action to dash. (You can drop the spell but it will release the kobolds)
You keep pushing thru the fog, having to step over thick vines that cover the ground, you find Nikolas and pivot around him and just a few steps more you find one of the kobolds partially in the fog snarling and pulling on the vines with all is might, not seeming to make much headway. You still can't quite see out of the other edge of the fog.
SIla you watch as 2 of your companions run into this cloud that has formed in front of you. What would you like to do?
Sila squints her eyes, but when it's clear that she can't see anything in the fog, she lifts up her shield, requesting a Blessing for herself and her other companions she could still see. "This fight isn't over yet," she says
((Will cast Bless on myself and my two allies i can currently see.))
You take off around the building using all the speed you can muster. You get about halfway around the building. You're sure you can make it around in no time.
Nikolas you are up, you are surrounded by the thick fog cloud and you've just seen and felt Loran move past you. You can still make out some shadows just beyond him.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nikolas keeps running in a straight line, though not as fast as he did before. Once he's out, he'll try to smash one of the Kobolds with his maul. He's entirely focused on the battle now and mercy has no place on the battlefield, he learned that the hard way, he's going for the kill.\
Maul Attack: 20 Damage: 9 (If his movement was not enough to get out of the fog, just ignore the second roll on the advantage and only consider the first.)
You push your way thru the fog and over the twisting vines laying all over the floor reach a space between the two kobolds. You swing your maul with a great cry demolishing one of the two kobolds.
Sila even focused on the battle you hear the faint click from 2 of the kobold bodies lying near you. I need you to give me 2 dex saving throws please.
Sky rushes forward, changing out to his bow and arrows yelling out, "Please just stop!" Aiming and firing at the goliath.
Shortbow: Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Nikolas makes a small frustrated noise and then dashes into the cloud.

(Even with dashing? Oh well, still doing so thoigh. Also, if I need a strength check for Loran's spell... 8)

Zinhorn, you are up..
Seeing the fog start to obscure my vision, I hold an arrow ready for an attack at my first chance. (Holding my attack action)
Excellent. Loran you are up!

Loran will dash close to the approximate location of the kobolds, as they are still restrained.

Sky and Zin, you both feel a slight warmth flow over you and you're filled with a feeling of peace and clarity of purpose.
Sky its your turn.
“Hey running away is no fun.” Sky says with a pout as he goes to dash taking the long way around a building to avoid the fog and the vines.
OOC: I’d like to head to my left and around the blue building. Dashing that way

You instinctively jump aside as 2 of the dead kobolds explode in a shower of blood and entrails.
Zinhorn, what would you like to do.
