I assume you let the others know. Grond grumbles "Can we split, you three (two spell slingers and Gijigume) take the north room and we three take the bugbears?" Be warned that Grond's answer to everything is hit it until it stops moving.
Which way does the door open? "Can we bar the door, or wedge it? Anyone have a hammer and piton?"

Gijigume considers the situation for a moment. "If we burst in, they might be without their weapons for a few moments, but soon we're likely to be surrounded and out numbered," he wishpers to the others. "If we wait they might not notice and even then they would have to come to the door and could only face us one-on-one. I think it's best if we just do the south one first."
"If we hold the hall, one of us can hold a horde with the choke. I'll stay here. Everyone else get the buglybears."
Fah'lin prepares to Dodge just out of reach of the north door.
