With your enhance movement you can get next to the wizard as he flees but to make an attack you will have to spend a ki point to get the extra dash.

Side note what abilities exactly

Well remembering that I’ve only just started playing 5E so some of this may not be relevant any more

highly maneuverable and fast. Wizards hang back behind the meat shields so monks can get to them

multiple attacks vs crap armour class

stunning attacks vs con saving throws a weakness in wizards

pretty good dex and wis saves themselves against a lot of spells

Yes you do, all the others don't get an attack this round. You did 13hp damage. He doesn't look at all well. Both you and Fah'lin need to make a (Wis) save vs Charm Person DC13. He runs again, if the two of you fail your saves you don't get opportunity attacks.
