Thufir pushes the door open roughly, not waiting for an invitation, and says, "Be quick. This is a full invasion. We have no time to waste."and then begins leading back towards the keep. As he does so he grabs the ropes of his captive cultist and drags him along. Looking to the kobolds in the area, in Draconic, he says, "Go! Do not trust these masked fools again or you will not be left to run next time!"
intimidation for kobolds: 20, in case I get adv from someone helping, or the fact that we've just slaughtered all their companions: 8. And maybe if given guidance4 if none of the above apply, as always, just use the first roll and ignore any that you don't need :)
Then Wolfstine says in Draconic wondering why Thufir is wasting an opportunity. "Serve big blue. Follow us." he says pointing at the dragonborn while following. Thufir
The kobolds all listen and nod before following right behind Thufir as he drags a cultist from behind. On the way to the keep, a creature strides into the dim light of the dying fires around the keep. Although it is shaped roughly like a human, it is at least seven feet tall, its skin is covered in blue scales, its fingers bear wicked claws, and its face has the muzzle and reptilian eyes of a dragon. Behind the creature is a line of kobolds are dragging four human prisoners into the dim light. You can make out a woman, a teenage boy in a blood-soaked tunic, and two children.
“Defenders of Greenest! This has been a successful night, and I am feeling generous. Do you see these four pitiful, useless prisoners? We have no need for them, so I will trade them back to you. Send out your best warrior to fight me, and you can have these four in exchange.”

At the challenge being offered, Thufir stands even taller than he was, cracks his neck, and flexes his fists as a flash of lightning flows through his body. Taking a step forward it's clear he's ready to take on the challenge.
flash of electricity is lay on hands healing himself. he's also pausing for anyone in the group to buff him, or stop him, if that's what might happen here.
OOC - it's kind of interesting that Thufir is likely a similar shade of blue, and not all that much shorter than this guy :)
As one of the kobolds poke the woman, the half-dragon walks over and slaps him. "None of that."
Hearing the sound of lightning, he nods as he turns to Thufir. "Someone has stepped up. It's like looking into a fun carnival mirror. Release the prisoners."
The raiders release the four prisoners who make it safely to the other side.
"Langdedrosa Cyanwrath," the half-dragon says, pointing to himself. "This will be a friendly contest, just us. It stops when one of us is knocked out cold or submits. If your companions interfere, any of them, I will unleash my friends on you. Now, since you're so brave and good looking, I will give you the first strike."
Stepping forward Thufir grins a toothy grin, and says, in Draconic, "A friendly fight then! I am Thufir Hawat."adding a half salute. "Why are you allied with this fool cult? They know not what they do." He's happy for the conversation to take place as they spar, so he raises his sword in both hands and charges forward, holding nothing back, even if this is not to death.
Attack: 22 Damage: 17
ooc - gods damned do I wish I was level 3. my oath will give some great 1:1 fight traits!
edit... ok that first hit is amazing! great swords are very consistent, but not so streaky. it's like a 3% chance to get a full 12 roll! nice start on this guy~ that said... I have a feeling this guy will take Thufir out pretty quick. we'll see...
Wolfstine watches keeping his weapons sheathed he keeps an eye on the minions of this creature. A duel with this monster for him he thinks wouldn't end well. His style is more made up of a nimble moves than an all out slug fest. Besides he' has been running on empty since his last battle and with only his second wind left in his bag of tricks, well....
Just holding in a gasp fro the pain, Thufir manages a grin spitting a bit of blood to the ground. Reacting to the pain he takes a quick swing at the half-dragon in front of him, asking again between breaths, “What do you hope to gain here?!”He then takes a step back in a feint before another quick swing, then bracing himself as he sees the next attack incoming.
Con save: 7 - for Shield of Faith. DC 10 reaction from Ravenite Dragonborn (Vengeful Assault) Attack: 20 Damage: 9 normal action: Attack: 11 Damage: 12
Fuuuuck…. Those are likely 2 misses (the 1 of course is)… I’m down to 11hp, though held con on the spell, so at 19 AC still. If the next hit lands and would do 11 or more you can narrate from there since Thufir will be down.

Cyanwrath shakes off both attacks. "Business," he answers with a somewhat irritated tone.
He does a side-swipe with his blade at Thufir's side - Attack: 10 Damage: 9
The sword brings Thurfir to the ground and Cyanwrath nods. "At least you got in some swings, a really good one too."
With that, Cyanwrath and the raiders leave Greenest. Burnice sends out one of the kobolds to drop a goodberry into Thufir's mouth and help him chew it before returning to her side.
Jack turns to everyone. "We need to grab him and get back to the keep. We'll plan our next move from there."
Taking the hand and pulling himself up Thufir grunts to himself, his pride clearly hurt, and now with a new determination flashing in his eyes as he watches the dragon walk away. He then nods to his companions as he picks up his sword and slides it into its sheath, beginning to walk back towards the keep. Silent for once, deep in his own thoughts.
The group goes back to the keep where Gov. Nighthill motions them over. "Thank you for your service, everyone. There are reinforcements and you can take a nice rest. I have some other business that I'd like to ask you about, but that can wait until the morning. Please, rest."
Everyone can take a long rest. Is there anything anyone would like to do before the next day?
With this long rest, you gain a level.

Thufir, what do you want to do with the kobolds. One is out cold and the other three are next to the cultist.
