Runvial jumps over the cliff. As he goes over the edge, he disappears into thin air and reapers 10 feet further back, near the cave entrance. He lands the dive, rolls over his shoulder and stand up to walk casually to the edge, where he looks down to the young woman: „Did no one thought you to let go of giants who fall of cliffs?“
Queanys shakes his head at Wyldfyre's fall, he's was dazed by the giantess' first strikes and had been unfortunately out of it during most of the fight, but seeing his ally fall he quickly snapped back to consciousness. Stepping up to the edge of the cliff, Queanys pulls a long slender pole from his pack and clicks a button on its head locking it into place. Tying the other end of Azurre's rope to the rod, he says, "This will make sure that even if we fail, we don't get dragged down as well." After Wylfyre has taken a hold of the other end of the rope, Queanys will start to pull with the others.
Grateful to be off her perch and eager to put the incident behind her, Wyldfyre unties the top and moves toward the cave saying, "Thanks, guys. Shall we see what else is inside?"

Fragum starts walking through the cave, walking in front of the rest of the group, in case another monster attacks. He is still seething, but his anger ends quickly and he looks tired.
You move in to explore the cave Other than the entrance which You're sure the hill giant had to squeeze in sideways to get into. It is large enough for the giants to live comfortably. Course the stench of death is overwhelming which was not noticed before due to the adrenalin of battle roll a Con check verses DC 12 or vomit and have all rolls at disadvantage.
Bhurealae notes a small chest located 100ft across the room the only weapon of worth happens to be Meguna's spear which would count as a pike to a medium sized humanoid.
While walking, Runvial summons his dropped scimitar back to his side and sheaths it again. He points out the chest and asks: „Is any of you good with opening locks?“ before he starts searching the corpses for a key or other trinkets.
Concentrating on the chest, Wyldfyredoesn't answer right away, but once she's satisfied with her work on the chest, she stands and turn to Azure, "a couple bumps and bruises from my tumble, so quite sore, but not ready to die yet." (She is currently at 25/44 hp)

Queanys seems about to hurl, but somehow he manages to hold on to the contents of his stomach as he ventures further into the area. Because everyone else had already fanned out, Queanys just stands towards the cave entrance and looks out to the drop below seeing if there are any other caves or natural formations.
Azurre casts bless on the members of his team that look to be headed for a rescue mission to get Wyldfyre.

Bless specifically says:
the target can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the attack roll or saving throw.
Given that Queanys was affected by this, he adds a d4 to the saving throw which puts him at 12 and according to the PHB (Page 7):
3. Compare the total to a target number. If the total equals or exceeds the target number, the ability check, attack roll, or saving throw is a success. Otherwise, it’s a failure. [...] The target number for an ability check or a saving throw is called a Difficulty Class (DC).
Queanys's total would have been 12 (6 rolled + 4 for Constitution + 2 for Bless) which should have succeeded and prevented him from hurling.
Saving throws succeed if they meet the DC that is set... That means that in order for a 12 to fail, the DC would have to be 13.)
