Honestly those rolls are hilarious and it's moments like that which make the game so cool!
Ok, Korrik, you notice that Ben is... itchy. In his genital region. Ben, it's getting REALLY bad now.
Like, the guy is just going to town on his junk, itching the hell out of it, and sometimes he'd look around real quick-like to make sure no one is looking and get his hand right down his pants and just scratch like a madman. It's strange how you never noticed this before, but now that you think back on the day and more recently the interaction with the guards at the gate, you remember that he's been at this for at least a few hours now. And trying to hide it. And now failing miserably at it.
Korrik, will you say anything to Busren about this? Or, will you both just continue on to your destinations as planned?
((I am swamped today and so this little bit is helping me tide you guys over until I can dig into the destinations you are headed. Yes, we can do the temple and the market in our 1:1 threads if you guys want. Then, we can meet back up here once you guys meet up at the general store. Or, if something else happens now and you guys decide to both go to the same places at the same time, then we will just continue in main thread.))
"Hey umm... Ben? Buddy? Hop up in the back... no worries, we'll go to the temple right off, no need for you to walk through the entire town like tha-... errr, we can all ride up there, that is, and you can get them to loo- look at the... basilisk and see if they think they can do anything about... the basilisk? Ess and I can ask at the general store, then if we haven't found any takers, swing back by the market. The inn's here by the gate, so we'd be coming this way anyway..."
((Forking bards! ))

Busren pauses caught in the act, hand still in his pants. He looks up and meets Korrik's eyes and nods, scratching rapidly a few more times before pulling out the hand.
"That would be grand, thank you. I will go back and check on the... basilisk's condition."
He quickly gets into the carriage and after a half a minute both Ess and Korrik hear a muffled sigh of relief then an equally muffled
((I've mixed feelings about you editing that second 's' off the end... Probably easier for the clerics to correct, but a more viscerally gross symptom.))

Ben, when you get back into the carriage, the smell is absolutely horrific (the dead basilisk, not your junk. Although it is also starting to smell. LOL.)
You almost can't bear it. The only thing that is keeping you in there actually is the current situation. And from the smell in there, it proves that the itch must be real bad along with that puss.
((So just to confirm, you guys are both going to the temple? Is Ben then getting out and going in himself and Korrik and Ess waiting for him outside? Or will Korrik/Ess then go to the general store in the meantime after dropping Ben off? I think the latter is the plan, just want to be sure as we get back rolling here.)
Ess would've also seen all of this and the conversation, and would've said "God man... what in the hell did you get yerself into back in Neverwinter?! Yeah let's get you to the temple. Quick. And dude.... you shoulda just told us, man. It's not like we haven't had any junk from a lady before, right Kay?"
((I think Ben is heading to the temple himself? I'm not sure the other would want to come with? At this point he doesn't care, he just needs a cure.))
Muffled through the wall,
"I must confess I am a bit surprised by my condition, Ess. I was planning on handling it quietly when it started but things have progressed rapidly. I expect you two are both worldly in the ways of 'junk' from ladies, but I still don't want to hear the details or force my own 'junk' stories upon you."
28. Winston’s Store - potential buyer, it is a general store of sorts 26. Temple of Procan - no apothecary which the guards found very funny, but there is a temple in town. 15. Weekly Market - there are sometimes alchemists who set up booths at the weekly market in town. 3. The Wicker Goat - Inn/Tavern 13. The Snapping Line - Inn/Tavern
"heh heh heh... ok buddy, sounds good. I think we're almost there, hang tight my homie." Ess would then give Korrik a funny look, like an oh man, i hope they can fix him kind of look as you all enter into Marshswamp!
Marshswamp mood roll: 13
Looking at the map, it seems that the temple and the general store are quite far from the main gate, although 'quite far' in this village isn't all that far at all. Judging from the scale, it's a little over half a mile or so, or almost a kilometer depending on where you live. haha. Might take 10 minutes max I'd say which would include some minor rubbernecking.
You pass through the village (I believe we had said it was around 5pm), taking that main road shown on the map. You would pass by many different buildings including what looks like barracks and some type of detention house or even a jail, a few taverns which seem to get getting busy, a market in which most of the booths and stands look to be closing, some different types of residential buildings with varying degrees of apparent value and class and some other larger buildings that you aren't sure of.
You also notice the docks. The "lifeblood of the village" the guard at the gate would've told you. They are bustling with activity with two primary piers which are being used to load and unload large ships, while a series of smaller ones accommodate humbler vessels. You can see the docks on the map, it's the main focal point of the village. This part of Marshswamp is almost constantly busy; it’s rare to see the large piers unoccupied. There are also a lot of warehouses by the docks, and sailors and laborer's fill the grounds.
You also notice the stunning view. Check out that map and imagine that view out into the water along with the visuals tab. It is a pleasant evening. I added a few other images to that visuals tab as well so you can get a better idea of what the place looks like from different locations and times of day.
As you approach the temple, you notice a well kept cemetery which is shown on the map.
(Let me know if you have any questions about what other things you might've seen on the way as you check out the map and that main road and all of the things along the way on that map.)
"Looks like this is the spot, man."Ess says as you arrive at the "Procan Temple" the guard said.
Everyone please roll a history check re: Procan. (I've decided that for checks like this, I will let you guys roll first, and then if both are failures then I will roll for Ess.)
Korrik and Ess wait with the horses and carriage. Ben heads in. I have added a 'Temple' tab to our google sheet. I don't have an image of the outside of it, but you can see the building itself on the town map, and I've added a map of what it looks like on the inside. Ben, you see about a half-dozen what you assume as novitiates and laypeople who are attending to the normal day to day things that people who work in temples attend to. You also see an older human man who seems to be orchestrating all of the action in the surprisingly busy temple near the other side of the benches. He is one legged.
One of the attendants would eventually greet you. A female elf. She says to Ben (and doesn't seem to be bothered with your race, at least from what you can tell) "Good afternoon, lone gentleman from afar. How may the temple of Procan serve you on this blessed day?"

Ben smiles at the woman, as best he can,
"Good afternoon to you as well fair lady of the temple! I am in need of healing."
He shifts uncomfortably but keeps his hands away from his business. He lowers his voice,
"I have a nasty condition in my... unmentionable region. Would you be able to help me here or direct me to where I can find that help? Quickly."
He shifts again, smile flickering as he puts some desperation into the last word.
