The duregar turns and screams at the sight of Demalis. "Who in the Nine Hells are you?" he shouts as he begins to back away. 

As Demalis is doing this, what's everyone else doing? 

Sybil will be staying some distance away (I think outside since the Duegar is in first room after the entrance?), sending a message once in a while for Demalis' report on what he's seeing.

 On his turn, Meep will go charging in, having heard Delmalis. Seeing Sunblight, he stops short, points, and says "Your hour has come, old man!" 

He then grabs a star from his robe and flings it at Sunblight, sending seven bolts of magical force slamming into the duergar.

"Let's be quick about this," Sybil states as she points her rod at the target ands cast Mind Sliver.

Twitch needs to make a Dex save DC 15 - 17 on a failed save and half on a successful one. 

Sunblight will attack Twitch with his spiked gauntlet.

Mable will rush Sunblight with her dagger.

If it hits. she'll extend a use of her bardic inspiration to deal an extra damage - 5

Delmalis steps in and swings his staff twice with both hands before lashing out with two quick kicks.

On any blows that hit, until Sunblight fails a save, he'll use Stunning Strike DC 14 con save or stunned until the end of my next turn. (Will deduct ki points once I see how many times he has to use it.

Sunblight feels the blows as he's hit three of the four times. On the final hit he falls to the ground as a portion of his chainmail is caved in. 

CON SAVE - 13

A moment goes by as his body begins to sprout barbs and his face turns a shade of green. He new resembles a demon or devil of some kind. 

As a result he's still stunned and it only took one Stunning Strike so adjust your Ki accordinly. 

Roland will fire another Guiding Bolt at this creature.

Meep, Sybil and Twitch, go ahead and take your turns. Because the creature is stunned, you have advantage on your attacks. 

"This guy is resilient to his credit but we have business to attend to quickly," Sybil comments as she reiams her rod at his chest and fires Eldritch Blast bolts at him.
