Twitch, you reach the attic and the bed is still intact but there's also a pile of hay on the floor and some bugs and rats running around, nothing threatening. You also find a handaxe next to the bedpost that looks like a miniature version of a battleaxe.
Twitch was happy to find a nice pile of hay to sleep on, they wondered if Meep would like the bed?
The handaxe was snatched up and carried downstairs to the taproom with a wide grin.
Demalis begins cleaning as Twitch carries the axe downstairs. Is there anything else the group would like to do before they head off to bed and get a long rest - assuming you're staying at the manor?

Everyone enjoys a long rest. Whoever wakes up and approaches the bar first will notice a note written by Lim on the bar "Package at the door"
If the group opens the door they find a large crate.
Inside the crate.
On top there is a note "Thank you again for saving my life. After you left, Floon and I returned to the warehouse and retrieved some things you left behind. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask. I live in a small house in the Castle Ward at the address 2341 Khelben Drive. - R.
Underneath the note are four wood-framed paintings wrapped in leather. The paintings depict the cities of Luskan, Neverwinter, Silverymoon, and Baldur’s Gate and are worth 75 gp each. There's also fifteen 10-pound silver trade bars, all black from corrosion but still worth 50 gp each.
Once you are dressed, you hear a familiar voice. "Alebrich, This is Varja Safahr. Come to Blackstaff Tower in the Castle Ward at once. Bring your friends.”
Sybil
Once you get dressed and begin your day, you see a paper bird fly through an open window and land at your feet. When you unravel the bird, it reads "
“Renaer tells us you are a good bet. He bought you tickets to the opera tonight at the Lightsinger Theater in the Sea Ward. If you are interested, meet Mirt at intermission. Private Box C. Formal attire is required for admittance.”
OOC: Keep in mind you don't have to do faction missions right away or at all. This is just what happens at the start of the day. It's up to you what you want to do next.
Meep yawns, stretches, and goes downstairs. Upon seeing Lim's note, he opens the door, blinks from the bright daylight, and tries to drag the box in, but struggles for a bit. He opens it up and looks inside, makes an excited little squeal, and does some quick calculation. Ducking back inside to get out of the sun, he starts doing the math on the rewards. If they're able to sell the four paintings, and convert the heavy black bars into gold, then everyone would gain 175 gold pieces... "That'll be enough to start copying spells!" he exclaims, to no one in particular. He's very excited, though. Now, if he could only get the darn box inside the Manor...
Lussamakes her way upstairs in the morning, her cloak hood up and pulled down over her eyes trying to limit the light exposure. Glancing around the tavern room she softly calls "Good morning, Lim, any coffee ready?" as she makes her way over to the bar.
Seeing Meep struggling with the box, she changes direction, "Lemme give you a hand with that."
OOC: I won't make you do a strength check, you get it inside.
Lussa you hear the sound of water and pot boiling and a couple of dusty mugs on the bar. One second later the mugs are clean and filled with the delicious brew.

Sybil, since you met the neighbors, here's a list of the shops in the area. I'll note them by the letter and number that correlates with the Trollskull Alley map.
T2. The Bent Nail
A small wooden sign above this shop’s main door is bare except for a large, bent nail sticking out of it. The front room contains displays of ornate wooden furniture, as well as a selection of bows and crossbows. The wall behind the counter is lined with rows of finely carved wooden canes, quarterstaffs, and shields.
T3. Steam and Steel
During daylight hours, smoke and steam billow from the many windows around this indoor forge where metal weapons, armor, and tools are made. The forge is owned and operated by a married couple: a fire genasi named Embric and a water genasi named Avi. Both are members of the Most Careful Order of Skilled Smiths and Metalforgers. As an armorer, Avi also belongs to the Splendid Order of Armorers, Locksmiths, and Finesmiths.
T4. Corellon’s Crown
Fala Lefaliir, an herbalist and a member of the Guild of Apothecaries and Physicians, operates out of this stately, three-story town house, the third floor of which has been converted into a greenhouse. Its translucent glass walls allow anyone on the street to see the rainbow of flowers blossoming within.
T5. Tiger’s Eye
This private detective’s business is unremarkable on the outside, its only distinguishing mark an orange-and-black sign featuring a cat’s eyes. Inside is a regal apartment dimly lit by flickering oil lamps. The door is locked, and visitors must knock or ring the bell before being let in. The owner is Vincent Trench, a human detective and the owner of the Tiger’s Eye. He speaks concisely, dresses in a sharp suit, and smokes a slim pipe.

Lussagratefully takes one of the mugs, "Thank you, Lim!" She sits (or leans) at the bar, waiting for the others to come downstairs. Once most of the group is awake (unless someone has another task for her to assist with), she will set about sorting the furniture and pieces of furniture in the main room. Saving anything salvageable, and breaking down the pieces that cannot be repaired into usable firewood (using her handaxes).
She will pocket 50g and donate the rest to the beginnings of renovation on the Manor.
