As Sybil doubt she can afford magic items yet, she'll more then content with knowing the shop location and check in their stock once in a while.

If you want particular, Dark Shard Amulet to start and probably Rod of the Pact Keeper after that. 

Since they're common, Sybil could find them at one of the five Aurora's Emporium locations in Waterdeep.

"Hello may I inquires the price for amulet?" Sybil questions before making mental note of other magic items at the shop for future possible purchases and possibility inform the others. 

The shopkeeper nods. "Dark Shard amulets usually go for 100 gold pieces, but I'm willing to drop it to 70 gold."

"You're very kind and I hope this is just beginning of many business from me or my housemates," Sybil says before she exchange 70gold for the amulet.

The shopkeeper nods, gives Sybil the amulet. "There are five stores, but I like to think we're one of the best. The name's Aurora, named after the store. Feel free to send your housemates my way."

"Thanks for everything. I will tell them," Sybil said as she leaves and then departs for Yawning portal for a chat about Bregan D'Arthe. When she can get a moment with three Strings.

"Ever heard of Bregan D'Arthe? One drow in very regal attitre came looking for one of my housemates and said something about Bregan D'Arthe. I never heard of them myself but it seems important,"

Lussa makes her way back to the manor.

If J.B. is still present, she will join the conversation if she is welcome to do so, otherwise she will talk with Lim about his willingness to serve as cook until one can be hired.

If J.B. is gone, she will seek out anyone at the manor about the scarecrow hunt the farmers have commissioned.  (Local farmers have been plagued by a scarecrow and have posted a reward of 500 gp for its destruction, who's in?  We need to go at dusk tonight.)

At this point, J.B. is already gone and Demalis is still in the lobby.

Lussa waves towards the bar when she gets back, "Hi, Lim!"  Noticing Delmalis, she turns her attention his way, removing her goggles, "Hey, Delmalis, anyone else here?  I just found out about a reward the local farmers have posted.  It'll pay almost half of what we need to get this place up and running.  Interested?"

 Sybil, you notice the shopkeeper think about it for a moment. "I haven't heard anything official, but it sounds like they are a group of mercenaries in Waterdeep. Some say their leader is trying to buy his way into the Lord's Alliance. There's also a rumor that they're trying to expose devil-worshipping nobles in the city. I think their agents are comprised of dark elves and they hang out in the Dock Ward. That's all I can recall."

"Once again, thank you and have a nice day," Sybil bows out and departs the shop for Yawning Portal to try and check up on the information with three Strings, should he be playing then head back to the manor.

 Delmalis sits frowning slightly at the door as she walks in, and jumps slightly when she comes in, shying somewhat away from her as she calls his name, "What is the reward for? And I've had a similar offer, 500 gold pieces to steal a hankerchief. Seems a little odd, but money's money at this point."

Lussa nods, "at this rate we'll have the funds in no time.  Word is that a scarecrow has been terrorizing the farmers, attacking at dusk or just after.  It dies, we get paid."  Then she pauses, "stealing who's handkerchief?"

Delmalis shrugs, "Apparently any noblewoman's, and then deliver to a tiefling girl afterwards. How long until dusk and how far away? Maybe steal the handkerchief now and then head out to the farms? Definitely want Meep with us for that, a scarecrow attacking people sounds like magic to me."

Lussa nods in agreement, "Meep, aye, Twitch and Alberich too, hopefully.  How about Sybil?  Anyone else here now?"

Demalis, you recall that Alberich is upstairs in his room doing research. Meep and Twitch are still at the Yawning Portal and Sybil is out shopping.
