Klong would be down after the 19 dmg dealt to him on the enemy turn if it weren´t for his giant blood. He shrugs it off, but doesn´t look to well.

Klong slams his hands together one more time into the living mound, and shouts to himself "Klong has no loses, me not lose yet!". After the warhammer slams into the mound he notices she paracite latched onto his shoulder. "Ah, GET OFF!", he does a little shimmy to get it off but to no avail.

No Temp HP does not come back, I believe so anyway

Klong deals a blow to the monster. With his Drumstick before using some magic on himself.

(He has no more than 9+12+4=25 HP. I was right in the middle of writing a funny description of Klong collapsing when I remembered he had Stone's Endurance.)

Klong looked on the verge of collapse for a moment, but he seems OK now. He's wiggling his butt at you where there is still a Stirge attached to him.
