If I were to keep my spell readied, would it take another ready action or not? If so, would I lose another spell slot?

(There's no limit on how long you can concentrate on a ready spell. If you don't lose concentration you don't lose your spell, however the ready action is limited til the begining of your next turn. So if you wish to maintain the ready spell you must use your action. You may use your reaction to release, it even during your turn. You don't have an action to hide though, and everyone detected you on your last turn. In hind sight casting the spell would have revealed you too.)

Nykkan will grab the potion of healing from Tenrok's fallen body and goes to Ob and gives it to him. Nykkan will also prepare to dodge any attacks that are aimed towards him.

(Nykkan, you may use your action to Search Tenrok if you like, DC 5. Administering the potion would also need your action. Roll with your decision.)

Swigg stays where he is and strums a few more chords and causes a bush to fill J7 Minor Illusion 

(Now if Cebak fires his bow from this position he should have advantage)
