Nimbus dives to the depths of the river 15 feet beneath Psy, and throws up a lightning lure to pull him down to the murky water.

Strength save 13 or be pulled 10ft to me and take 5 lightning damage.

(are you aiming at Gorbal? If so do I get any ac buffs from being partially concealed by the 8ft wall?)

(How do you reach C1? I thought halflings had 25ft? And if not (I’m checking), it takes more than 30ft.)

(Unless trees count as difficult terrain, it is only 25 ft of movement. Moving diagonally from G6 to C2 is only 20 ft, and then 5 more ft to C1)
