(Assuming Rowen will fire at Klarg from the shadows.)
Grzak will shift his position as best as possible, not to grant an attack of opportunity however but, to put himself between Klarg and the incoming arrows and Kathrine and Gabriel.
(I realize this is probably impossible, but just want to voice my intention.)
Grzak will draw the longsword out of the half cloven wolf and turn with a determined grin towards Klarg.
“LAT AYH NEXT!”, he shouts in Orcish at Klarg.
“YOU ARE NEXT!”
Wolf blood splatters in an arc following the path of the sword. Grzak grips the sword with two hands and makes subconscious edge alignment as he swings mightily at the bugbear.
Kathrine will get to her feet and take the dodge action. (Unless someone goes down this will end her turn. if someone goes down she will cast healing word with her bonus action.)
(My opinion would be that, in battle, if you haven’t posted within 24 hours of the person in front of you in initiative, it’s fair to have the DM roll to keep the action going. Out of battle, it is easier to allow for longer silences.)
(In this instance, the clock would have started after Gabriel’s action in post #623.)
"Their going for reinforcements!" Gabriel shouts the obvious. Picking up his hand axe, and wishing it was his sword, he chops down at Klarg, trying to split him like fire wood.
Attack:Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
(Torm has finally blessed his Paladin with some luck as that is exactly the damage required to turn Klarg into kindling!)
Gabriel's axe splits open the Bugbear's ribcage, and it falls in a pool of its own blood. "Klarg... smash..." are the last gurgles ever heard from it's fanged mouth.
"As messy as that is, it could give us a good diplomacy starting point." Kathrine says as the brute is taken down at last. "Would you like me to see if the goblins would listen to terms?"
Grzak cleans the blade of the longsword by wiping it across the body of the fallen foe. He the reaches to retrieve the bugbear's morningstar and offers the sword back to its' proper owner. "Nice kill" he adds appreciatively to Gabriel.
"We should secure the unconscious rat before we chase the fleeing grunts." Grzak chimes in to all.
Grzak claps Alarion on the shoulder, maybe a bit rougher than intended. "Very impressive. Your heart is every bit as large as your brains."

Katherine is roused, with 1hp, from Gabriel's healing touch. Clearing her head, she can take action this round (5) after Rowan.
Alarion tries again, slamming the full force of his slender body to shove Klarg to the ground.

(OOC just waiting for Rowan to take his round 3 shot)
(OOC do you guys want to keep waiting for Rowan, is it fair for me to roll for him to keep the game moving, any suggestions?)
(My personal policy is wait for 24 hours from my post and then I post for them)
Sounds good to me, just as well roll for them if they have not posted yet.

Consensus, ok then:
Rowan's stealth check: 23
Sneak Attack on Klarg:
Attack: 23 Damage: 10
The bugbear roars in pain and surprise from the arrow but is still standing.
Katherine rises to her feet, weak but ready to dodge.
Grzak's mighty swing falls just short, scratching a welt in Klarg's leather armor.
round 4 begins...
Alarion launches himself at the huge creature...
OOC: good call, make sure to roll sneak attack damage.)
(OOC thanks, and since I checked stealth separately I rolled sneak attack into attack/damage 1d20+5, 2d6 +3 instead of 1d6 +3)
Klarg stumbles a bit in surprise when the half-elf valiantly throws his far outmatched weight at the Bugbear.
"Bug crazier than Klarg! But Klarg too mighty to fall! I still squash you. After I squash bad prisoner - you kill Ripper and threaten Klarg!"
The morningstar bears down on Grzak: Attack: 16 Damage: 8
Klarg's blow swings wide. For some reason no more goblin arrows come your way.
Remainder of 4th round:
9: Gabriel
7: Rowan
5: Katherine
3: Grzak

Bound d4 roll to hit , thanks Katherine: 2
